Objective:To investigate the effects of Compound Danshen Dripping Pills(CDDP)on the prognosis of patients with acute ST-segmengt elevation myocardial infarction(STEMI)underwent primary percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI).Methods:160 patients with primary acute SEMI underwent emergency PCI from January2015 to October 2016 in Shanxi Dayi hospital were enrolled. The patients were randomly divided into research group(n=76)and control group(n=84).The conventional therapy was given in all patients,CDDP was given in research group(pre-PCI administered CDDP 10 tablets and post-PCI administered 10 tablets tid). The thrombolysis in myocardial infarction(TIMI)blood flow grade and the corrected TIMI frame count(CTFC)of Infarct related Artery(IRA),the incidence of major adverse cardiovascular events(MACE)during treatment, the change of left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)and wall motion score index(WMSI)were collected and analyzed. Results:There was no significant difference in TIMI flow grade between the two groups(P>0.05),TIMI flow grade of patients underwent PCI in research group is better than that of control group(P<0.05),CTFC of the research group is lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),The incidence of MACE in the experimental group was lower than thatin the control group(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference between the two groups of cardiogenic shock(P>0.05).Research group of patients with postoperative cardiac ejection fraction(LVEF)and wall motion index(WMSI)after 3 month were compared with postoperative time or control group were obviously improved(P<0.05).Conclusion:Taking Compound Danshen dropping pills in acute STEMI patients underwent PCI,on the basis of secondary prevention drug therapy, can increase coronary blood flow better, reduce the incidence of MACE,improve left ventricular ejection fraction, which indicate that CDDP can improve myocardial perfusion, inhibit ventricular remodeling, improve left ventricular function and contribute to the long-term prognosis of patients.
