| Objective:Public hospital plays a great role in protecting people’s health during reform and opening period,which is the main body of Chinese medical and health service system.However,with the social development,Chinese economic development had changed from planned economy to market economy.At the same time,it becomes increasingly conspicuous that public hospital is facing more drawbacks than ever,which has become a big difficulty to be solved in the reform of medical health.Methods:The new reform of medicine health system for public hospital had happened since 2009 in order to solve the difficult medical services and expensive medical cost.The implementation of public hospital position management is very important to form scientific and standardized system of internal management of medical institutions.Results:Therefore,we adopt field survey and theoretical Analysis to research the hospital medical staff’s job satisfaction in a public hospital in Taiyuan,find the reasons of public hospital management problems and set up position management countermeasure to improve public hospital staff job satisfaction.Conclusion:Survey results show: the hospital staff on position management satisfaction is not high,which closes to the general satisfaction level,low satisfaction in post disposition and salary close to less satisfaction level.Different gender of medical staff’s job satisfaction of salary is different(t=4.533,P=0.038),female is higher than male.Different age of medical staff’s job satisfaction of salary,working environment,position management is different,the young staff show low satisfaction than old staff in salary(F=7.171,P<0.001),and the old staff show low satisfaction than young staff in work environment and post disposition(F=4.728,P=0.038;F=5.143,P=0.007).Different professions of medical staff’s job satisfaction is different(F=4.718,P=0.043),doctor,nurse and medical technician show low satisfaction than logistics workers and managers.Different professional title of medical staff’s job satisfaction is different(F=4.867,P=0.035),Below the intermediate,junior and primary hospital staff show lower job satisfaction than senior hospital staff.According to the results of a survey and SWOT analysis,considering the various factors of hospital staff job satisfaction,The following countermeasures are put forward: The first,adjust staff structure should be humanist,and took into account efficiency and equity.The second,Improving the position management should Streamline organization and clear responsibility.The third,Optimize configuration of staff positions,and establish the new hospital management team.The forth,introducing talents from Multi-channels,setting up innovative talent selection mechanism.The fifth,establishing a flexible salary distribution system,arousing the enthusiasm of medical staff,playing the role of the incentive system. |
