Objective:1.To study the clinical curative effect of radial shock wave therapy for tenosynovitis of long head of biceps brachii;2.To study the clinical curative effect of betamethasone injection guided by musculoskeletal ultrasound for tenosynovitis of long head of biceps brachii;3.To study the clinical curative effect of betamethasone injection guided by musculoskeletal ultrasound and radial shock wave therapy for tenosynovitis of long head of biceps brachii.Method:Respectively reviewed 72 patients admitted to Affiliated Da Yi Hospital of Shanxi Medical University from December 2014 to November 2016.Patients were diagnosed as tenosynovitis of long head of biceps brachii by MRI.According to different treatment methods, all the patients were divided into two groups: betamethasone injection guided by musculoskeletal ultrasound(ultrasound intervention group,n=42)and the other group of radial shock wave therapy(shock wave therapy group,n=30).Recorded the VAS score?the activation flexion range of motion(AFROM)and the biceps resistance test(Speed test)respectively in different time points: before treatment, immediately and 1 weeks,2 weeks and 5 weeks after treatment.Result:Compared with the shock wave treatment group, ultrasound intervention groupipsilateral shoulder VAS score at each time point after treatment both decreased. The VAS score of ultrasound interventional group decreased rapidly and significantly, especially treated immediately, the difference between the two groups were statistically significant(F=84.880,P<0.01).Compared with the shock wave therapy group, with the treatment, the shoulder AFROM of the ultrasound interventional group increased obviously, especially treated immediately and treated 1 week, the difference between the two groups were statistically significant(F=176.080,P<0.01);After treated 1 week and 2weeks,the speed test showed: the positive rate of ultrasound interventional group decreased, the difference between the two groups were statistically significant(?2=64.286,?2=60.182,P<0.01).Conclusion:1.Radial shock wave therapy can improve the tenosynovitis of long head of biceps brachii local pain and shoulder joint function in patients;2.Betamethasone injection guided by musculoskeletal ultrasound can relieve tenosynovitis of long head of biceps brachii patients local pain quickly and obviously, increase the activity of shoulder flexion, improve shoulder joint function, and can not repeat easily;3.Musculoskeletal ultrasound interventional 1 time showed higher curative effect than radial shock wave 5 times in the treatment of the tenosynovitis of long head of biceps brachii.Which also showed lower cost, and shortened the process of disease obviously.
