Study On The Compensation Level Of Community Health Technical Personnel

Objective:On the basis of systematically combing the salary and salary level of the international community and typical national community health technicians,this paper will understand the current situation of the development of community health technicians in the sample area and the willingness of community health technicians to improve the compensation system.At the same time,The paper puts forward the multi-factor analysis model of the expected income of community health technicians,and discusses the key factors influencing the expected income,so as to provide the decision-making basis for the development of comprehensive compensation scheme for community health technical personnel.Methods:In September 2013,Qingdao,Suzhou,Wuhan,Hefei,Yinchuan and Zhongwei were randomly selected in the eastern,middle and western regions of China.Then,according to the scale of each city community health service center,two communities were randomly selected Health institutions to investigate,as in Qingdao only investigated a community health service center,in Yantai and added to the investigation of two community health service centers,a total of 33 community health service agencies(including three township hospitals).Each community health service organization,randomly selected 20 medical staff to conduct a questionnaire survey,the study collected a total of 591 valid questionnaires.In addition to field investigation,this study also includes literature research and multiple linear regressionmodels.Results:(1)International experienceOECD national general practitioners income is about 2-3 times the average income level of society,2013/14 year British general practitioners annual average pre-tax income of 90200 pounds;2015 US family and general practitioners with an average annual wage of $ 192,120,Is 3.44 times the per capita GDP 3.44 times the average wage of the whole society is 2.47 times the average annual wage of the health industry,0.78 times the surgeon,0.98 times the number of physicians;2014 family and general practitioners average Wages of 125692.8 Australian dollars,1.85 times per capita GDP,the whole society is the average annual wage of 2.21 times.(2)Current situation of remuneration in sample areaCommunity health technical staff expected income and real income has a more obvious gap.The actual monthly income of the community health technical personnel in the sample area is 2711.39 yuan,and the expected monthly income is 5825.99 yuan.The actual monthly income of doctors is 2903.55 yuan,the actual monthly income of nurses is 2507.69 yuan,the actual average income of public health personnel 2963.89 yuan.Community health technical staff that the internal income gap should not be too large,high income and low income ratio of 2 to 3 times more appropriate.(3)Quantitative Analysis of Expected Income of Community Health TechniciansIn the model of household health workers' expected income quantitative analysis,house price,age,gender,title and household monthly expenditure were statistically significant(P <0.05),The model equation is: y =-192.675 + 0.143 × actual house price + 36.659 × age + 1155.447 × gender + 710.635 × title + 0.436 × family per capita monthly expenditure.Conclusions:(1)OECD countries general practitioners income level in the social high;(2)Sample area community health technical personnel income in the whole industry lower level;(3)The income gap between the different professional community health technical personnel in the sample area is not large;(4)Housing prices,age,gender,title and household per capita monthly expenditure are the main factors influencing the expected income of community health technicians.
