Objective to investigate the expression of androgen receptor and nuclear factor kappa B(factor kappa B B,nuclear factor kappa NF-)in human breast cancer tissues and the relationship between the expression and activation of nuclear factor kappa B(nuclear)and nuclear factor kappa B(NF).Methods the expression of androgen receptor and nuclear factor kappa B in 101 cases of breast cancer were detected by Western blot hybridization(blot Western),respectively,in three cases and 103 cases of non three negative breast cancer. The expression of androgen receptor positive rates were 27.7% and three negative results in three non negative breast cancer(28/101)and 73.7%(76/103),with significant difference(p<0.001),and three negative breast cancer androgen receptor(P<0.05)expression and histological grade, lymph node metastasis(p<0.01)were significantly related in 103 cases, and three non negative breast cancer androgen receptor expression had no significant correlation with clinical pathological characteristics;while the positive expression of NF-K B in three yin type and three negative breast cancer tissues were significantly(p<0.001),were 75.2%(76/ 101)and 47.5%(49/103).The clinical and pathological correlation study showed that the NF-kappa B expression with histological grading in three negative breast cancer(p<0.05)and lymph node metastasis(p<0.05),and three in non negative breast cancer in NFkappa B expression and lymph node metastasis(p<0.05)related.Conclusions androgen receptor expression is low in three female breast cancer, the expression of nuclear factor NF-kappa B is high, and the expression of androgen receptor and nuclear factor kappa B in different breast cancer subtypes can be used as a prognostic indicator of three female breast cancer.
