Objective:By applying minimally invasive idea to permanent anterior teeth after tooth trauma,fill the teeth with resin,bond broken dental crown,etc.The aestheti crepair effect was observed.Methods: Four patients with 6 affected teeth were selected.One patient took multidisciplinary therapy:apical surgery,internal and external bleaching,aesthetics resin hierarchy decoration(aesthetics analysis,preparation of silicone rubber backboard,colorimetric,tooth preparation,cohesion,resin hierarchy repair,occlusion adjustment,and fine polishing).One patient had internal and external bleaching and resin hierarchy repair to fill the anterior tooth space after root canal treatment.One patient had auto-crown cohesion after one-visit endodontics treatment.One patient took live marrow amputation,late endodontics treatment,and resin repair.Results:After repair,the tooth size and shape are natural,while the color is real,Patients without clinical symptoms.Therefore,the clinical effects are satisfied.Conclusion:Perfect pulp disease after treatment with appropriate bleaching using multicolor hierarchy compound resin is used to repair anterior teeth.This meth od can achieve good clinical aesthetic effects and occlusal function,while only few teeth are grinded.
