| Objective: To systematically review the effectiveness and safety of high intensity focused ultrasound(HIFU)for myoma of uterus fibroid.,providing a reference for clinical treatment of uterine fibroids choice.Methods: Through computer,we searched Wan Fang,CNKI,VIP,PUBMED,Embase,Cochrane library and other related database to collect home and abroad literatures that have been published about the effect of high intensity focus ultrasonic for uterine fibroids and that are randomized controlled trial of literature,and in accordance with the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria specified for document screening,at the same time into the quality of literature evaluation,and extract the relevant data,using Revman5.0 Meta analysis software.Observe the following indicators: efficient,clinical symptoms,ovarian hormone levels,postoperative pregnancy rate,adverse reactions,operation time,intraoperative blood loss,postoperative hospital stay,postoperative bed activity time,postoperative recovery normal working hours,postoperative blood pressure and heart rate change,rate of postoperative intervene again.RESULTS: After screening last step by step,a total of 18 articles,including 14 in Chinese,English 4 piece,a total of 1664 patients.The results of meta-analysis showed that : 1?the fibroids ablation efficiency: the difference of the HIFU and surgical treatment was statistically significant,surgical treatment is better than that of HIFU treatment group;there was no statistically statistically significant difference between HIFU group and mifepristone group,however,HIFU group combined with the mifepristone for the treatment of fibroids,was statistically significant difference efficiently compared with the HIFU group alone,and was superior to the single use of HIFU group;Compared with radiofrequency ablation(RF)treatment,it was statistically significant differences;Compared with uterine artery embolization(UAE),there was no statistically significant difference in myoma ablation rate.2?the clinical symptoms improved: HIFU was superior to the other group.3?ovarian hormone levels: it was statistically significant differences between the HIFU treatment of uterine fibroids and the surgical treatment;and hormone levels had no statistically significant differences about baseline in preoperative.4?operation time,intraoperative blood loss,postoperative hospital stay,postoperative bed time,postoperative recovery to normal working hours:HIFU is better than the surgical treatment.At the same time,HIFU treatment group compared with the surgical treatment of postoperative normal pregnancy rate difference was statistically significant.5?the adverse reactions:incidence of HIFU group is less than the control group.6?vital sign :there was no statistically significant difference.7? intervene again: it was statistically significant differences between the HIFU treatment and the uterine artery embolization(UAE).Conclusion: HIFU is an alternative,minimally invasive,effective and safe method for the treatment of uterine fibroids. |
