| Objective: Lymphoma is one of the most common hematological diseases. In recent years, incidence of lymphoma is increasing. So we carried out a series of related studies. At the same time, our experts and scholars found that environmental and genetic factors were certain relevant to the pathogenesis of lymphoma, but it is a pity that there is still no unified conclusion.According to the relevant data,it showed that the gene polymorphism is one of the genetic factors, and some scholars found some studied X-ray repair cross complementing 3 XRCC3 Thr241Met(rs861539)polymorphism and tumor susceptibility between the non blood system, but for X-ray repair cross complementing 3 XRCC3 Thr241Met(rs861539)the relationship between the polymorphism and lymphoma is still not obtained and the number is less.In this paper,we use the method study of Meta analysis to study XRCC3 gene polymorphism andlymphoma. Methods: Fist of all, studies in strict accordance with the inclusion and exclusion criteria are identified by searching Pub Med,Embase,Cochrane Library,Web of Science and the Chinese Biomedical Literature Database(CBM)until April 2016.We are not limited to language.Secondly, the screening process and the extraction process of literature has completed by 2 qualified researchers.Finally,Revman5.2 software analysis is used to analyze XRCC3 gene polymorphism and susceptibility of lymphoma.Odds ratio(OR)and 95% confidence interval(CI)were used to evaluate the association. For the analysis of bias we use the Stata12.0 software. Results:In the analysis of the meta,we included 4 studies, which included 854 cases and 1081 controls.T and C is a pair of alleles of the gene type. That includes the following three genotypes and two phenotypes of the XRCC3 Thr241Met(rs861539):TT、CC、CT、(TT+CT)、(CT+CC).Among them,we are targeting the XRCC3 gene five gene model(TT vs.CC,TT+CT vs.CC,TT vs.CT+CC,T vs.C,CT vs.CC)were analyzed respectively,Finally there is not statistically significant association between XRCC3 and lymphoma risk in the fives models(TT vs.CC,OR=1.05,95%CI=0.79–1.38,P=0.75;TT+CT vs.CC OR=1.01,95%CI= 0.84–1.22,P=0.88;TT vs.CT+CC,OR=1.02,95%CI= 0.80–1.32,P=0.86;T vs.C,OR=1.01,95%CI= 0.89–1.16,P=0.84;CT vs.CC,OR=1.08,95%CI= 0.79–1.48,P=0.62).Conclusion:These findings show that no evidence could be found in the relationship between XRCC3 Thr241Met(rs861539)polymorphism and lymphoma risk. |
