In recent years,the incidence of cardiovascular disease is increasing,and the high cost of treatment and complex treatment greatly increased difficulty to timely save patients with cardiovascular disease,which directly or indirectly leads to increasement of cardiovascular disease mortality.As a complex nonlinear signal containing a large number of cardiac and cardiovascular conditions,heart sounds have chaotic characteristics.And the chaos characteristic of normal heart sound signals are different from pathology heart sound signals.According to the chaotic characteristics of heart sound differences existing,pathological heart sounds can be adjusted to the normal heart sound heart with chaotic anti control method,thus a design method of intelligent instrument developed for real-time physiotherapy for patients with cardiovascular disease has become a very valuable research topic.In this thesis,based on the idea of state precise tracking and chaotic control,combining with the principle of differential tracker and fuzzy PID control theory,a new method is designed.The purpose of this thesis is to design a heart sounds chaotic inverse control method to enhance Chaos features of pathological heart sound and make the pathological heart sound track the normal heart sound.When the pathological heart sounds are inputted,the control method can adjust the PID parameters according to the normal heart sound,and adjust pathology heart sounds to make it normal.this thesis chooses five classes(each contains 10 groups of pathological heart sounds)and homologous premature heart sounds to do chaos anti control simulation,and the simulation results show that the pathological heart sounds can track the trajectory of normal heart sounds is very fast and well and the tracking error tends to 0.In order to make the simulation results more convincing,the results of the simulation are classified to analyse and with quantitative analysis based on chaos theory,classification analysis results show that the proposed method is most suitable for premature heart sound with the shortest tracking time and the tracking error of the floating is minimum.Quantitative analysis results show that the chaos features of pathological heart sound after chaos anti control has been significantly enhanced.The control method has the advantages of fast tracking speed,small error and good robustness,and can be used for developing the medical auxiliary physiotherapy equipment of the cardiovascular disease and the heart sound generator devices,which is feasible and practical.Finally,giving the implementation scheme of the circuit method,realizing the subject of the initial transition from theoretical research to practical application,this thesis proposes an improved method of heart sound chaos anti control,and also provides methods and research direction of computer intelligent auxiliary physiotherapy for related cardiovascular disease.
