Objective:1,to explore the different levels of preoperative serum AFP for the influence of R0 postoperative outcomes for patients with primary liver cancer survival rates;2,to explore the preoperative serum AFP level with age, sex,HBsAg positive patients with primary liver cancer, cirrhosis of the liver, tumor diameter, number of tumor, preoperative patients with ascites, the tumor, satellite stove, blood transfusion, tissue differentiation degree,Child-Pugh,AST,ALB,PLT,intraoperative blood transfusion,TBIL,DBIL,ALT,APTT,D-dimer,CEA,CA19-9;3,the single factor and multiple factors analysis of influence of relapse-free survival outcomes and the total survival outcomes for patients with primary liver cancer related factors. Methods :Select 311 cases of primary hepatocellular carcinoma patients, gathering together the relevant clinical data.according to AFP levels are divided into three groups,0 to 20 ng/ml negative groups,20-400 ng/ml > positive group,> 400 ng/ml strong positive,follow-up relapse-free survival and overall survival in patients with time.On account of the various index analysis, using regression model to explore the related factors of prognosis. Results :1,by the end of follow-up deadline, the entire group of 187 cases(60.1%),recurrence,AFP 0-20 ng/ml group 41 cases(56.9%),AFP > 20 ~ 59 patients(72.8%)of 400 ng/ml group,AFP > 400 ng/ml group,87 cases(55.0%)2,the serum AFP and postoperative outcomes relapse-free survival AFP 0 ~ 20 ng/ml negative groups 1,3,5 years of relapse-free survival rate of 79.7%,47.7%,42.4%,AFP > 20 ~ 400 ng/ml positive group 1,3,5 year relapse-free survival rate of 73.6%,47.9%,37.7%,AFP > 400 ng/ml strong positive group 1,3,5 year relapse-free survival rate was 51.9%,28.3% and 26.3% in turn.2.AFP negative groups 1,3,5 year overall survival rates were 96.8%,83.5%,73.5%,in turn positive AFP 20 ~ 400 ng/ml group 1,3,5 year overall survival was 94.4%,64.7%,54.4%,in turn AFP > 400 ng/ml strong positive group 1,3,5 year overall survival of 82.6%,61.1% and 50.1% respectively3,Serum AFP preoperative level and gender, aspertate aminotransferase,ALbumin, tumor size, tumor bolt, satellite stove, tissue differentiation degree,Child-Pugh installment.Serum AFP level preoperatively and number of tumor, preoperative ascites, blood transfusion, preoperative AST,propagated, platelet, intraoperative blood transfusion, total bilirubin, direct bilirubin,APTT,D-dimer,CEA,CA19-9 is not relevant.4.Single factor analysis of preoperative serum AFP levels increase the risk of recurrence, the rise of risk than(hazard thewire,HR)= 1.151.In addition, the preoperative ascites, white blood cells,ALbumin,D-dimer,tumor diameter > 5 cm,tumor number > 1,the large hemangioma, microvascular invasion,Child-Pugh,staging and transfused late also different levels increase the risk of postoperative recurrence.Multiple factors analysis of the leucocytes number, size and number of tumors, microvascular invasion is the related independent factors influencing the recurrence of liver cancer, not clear hint AFP is the independent factors affecting postoperative recurrence.h5,Single factor analysis showed that preoperative serum AFP levels increase the risk of death, than risk(hazard thewire,HR)= 1.571.In addition,HBsAg positive, aspartic acid transaminase level, total bilirubin, direct bilirubin,D-dimer,carcinoembryonic antigen, the degree of tumor differentiation, tumor diameter > 5 cm,tumor number > 1,the large hemangioma,Child-Pugh,staging and transfused late also different levels increase the risk of postoperative recurrence.Multiple factors analysis direct bilirubin,D-dimer,AFP(HR = 1.249),carcinoembryonic antigen is the related independent factors influencing the recurrence of liver cancer. Conclusion:AFP > 400 ng/ml strong positive relapse-free survival rate was lower than those of the other two groups, the AFP0 ~ 20 ng/ml negative high survival rate, compared with other two groups, the levels of serum AFP preoperative high and low and gender,ALbumin, aspertate aminotransferase, tumor size, tumor bolt, satellite stove, tissue differentiation degree,Child-Pugh,staging correlation, regression analysis the leucocytes number, size and number of tumors, microvascular invasion is the related independent factors influencing the postoperative recurrence of liver cancer survival, direct bilirubin,D-dimer,AFP(HR = 1.249),carcinoembryonic antigen is the related independent factors influencing the postoperative total survival of liver cancer.
