Objective:To observe the efficacy of endostar combined with pleural perfusion chemotherapy for circulating endothelial cells by non-small cell lung cancer.Methods:Sixty-two patients with non-small cell lung cancer were randomly divided into control group(n=30)and observation group(n=32).Control group: The patients were injected into the pleural with cavitysaline(10m L)+lidocaine(5m L)+ dexamethasone(5mg)+cisplatin(60mg-80mg),2times/week,continuous medication for two weeks.Observation group:To injected cisplatin(20mg)into the chest,an hour later keep on injecting Cisplatin(40mg-60mg)and Endostar(30mg)into the chest,2 times/week,continuous medication for two weeks.To observed the adverse reactions and remission of pleural effusion of two groups of patients.At the same time,to detected the contents of CECs and a CECs in peripheral blood before and after treatment.Results:The total effective rate was 53.33% in the control group after treatment.The total effective rate was 86.38%in the observation group,and the total effective rate was statistically different(P<0.05).There were 30 cases of adverse reactions in the control group after treatment,and 29 cases of adverse reactions occurred in the observation group.There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P?0.05).After treatment,the levels of CECs and a CECs in the control group were not statistically different(P>0.05).The levels of CECs and a CECs in the observation group were statistically different(P<0.05).The patients with different therapeutic effects(P<0.05).The CR+PR of the control group was significantly lower than that of SD+PD(P<0.05).The expression of CR+PR in the control group was lower than that in SD+PD(P<0.05).Conclusion : On the basis of conventional chemotherapy,the combination of endoscopic perfusion combined with thoracic perfusion can improve the CECs and a CECs in peripheral blood of patients with non-small cell lung cancer,which can effectively inhibit the progress of tumor and be worthy of promotion.
