With the rapid development of economy and society,with the improvement of living standards,the pace of life has also greatly accelerated,and the development of diagnosis and treatment technology has lagged behind.Coronary heart disease is one of the major diseases that threaten human health.But people often due to busy work and medical expenses,the doctor’s lack of expensive,so many people can not find diseases,delay the best treatment time.This paper is a large amount of data provided from the personal attributes has many years of clinical experience,cardiologists in daily life can be easily obtained in the application of data mining technology to get the parameters between the potential physiological attributes and valuable rules,and these rules are applied to the early warning system of coronary heart disease.This system is important for early prevention,diagnosis and treatment of coronary heart disease.The main contents of this paper are as follows:1.A large number of patients with coronary heart disease were collected from a three level hospital,and the data of healthy population obtained from a college student’s family health questionnaire were collected,and the data were collated as a sample of algorithm training.2.A BP neural network based coronary heart disease discrimination algorithm is proposed.The goal is to determine whether the patient is likely to suffer from coronary heart disease through the various attributes of the tester.Firstly,a network model structure is designed by training samples,and a relatively good neural network model is obtained.Secondly,according to the model generated,it is possible to test whether the tester is likely to suffer from coronary heart disease.3.Use simple Bias analysis to predict the probability of coronary heart disease.It is divided into two steps: the first step is to compute the prior probability of each attribute with different values;and the second step,according to the input information of the tester,calculates the probability of the disease.4.A prototype system of coronary warning was designed and implemented.It is mainly composed of two parts.The first part is the man-machine interface,which is used to input the basic information of the personal condition of the early warning system,and to judge the integrity of the data.The second part is the prediction of coronary heart disease,according to the basic information input,predict the prevalence of coronary artery disease and health advice.5.The effectiveness of the prototype system is verified by algorithm experiment and software system test.Thus,the use of the system,can at any time according to their own situation to assess the risk of illness can be vigilant to the test,the active mediation of their own state,can also provide valuable reference for the diagnosis of medical institutions.
