| Objective:Autism leads to a heavy burden to families and society.Patients with autism are the main body of rehabilitation therapy in Anhui province.Rehabilitation effect affects the quality of rehabilitation.This paper investigates the status of rehabilitation service of 92 autopsy institutions in Anhui Province,and analyzes the basic situation,operation situation,service situation and personnel team of autistic children 's fixed-point institutions,analyzes the existing problems in the development of institutions,So as to promote the further improvement and development of the institutions of autism in the competition of the market economy,to enhance the level and quality of the rehabilitation services of the institutions,and finally to allow the trained autistic children to get more professional and standardized rehabilitation treatment so as to integrate into the mainstream society as soon as possible.Reduce the burden on the family and society,and provide the government with the scientific decision-making basis for the management and development of the organization.Methods:In this study,the descriptive research method was used to design the questionnaire survey on the status of autopsy institutions in Anhui Province and the questionnaire on the basic situation of teachers in Anhui Province.Before the formal formation of the questionnaire,specially invited the Anhui province special education school professor,the CDPF system staff and Anhui province part of the autopsy authorities responsible for the content of the validation,making the questionnaire more "expert validity." Before the investigation,train the investigators and understand the contents of the survey.The origin of the questionnaire was attended by the person in charge of the autism management training course in Anhui Province,and the integrity of the questionnaire was checked by the investigator on the spot to ensure the quality of the questionnaire.Through the questionnaire,the basic situation,operation situation,service situation and personnel team status of 92 autopsy institutions in Anhui Province were surveyed.Epidata3.1 input data were used,and SPSS19.0 was used to analyze the data.Results:Autism rehabilitation service establishment that decide a dot basic situation: belongs to the civil administration system have 44,accounted for 47.8%,at 18,belonging to education system(19.6%),affiliated to the DPF system has 15,accounted for 16.3%,eight,belongs to the health system(8.7%),affiliated to the industrial and commercial system has seven,accounted for 7.6%;There were 67 directors of the disabled persons' federation,accounting for 72.8%;There are 57 private properties,accounting for 62.0%,and 35 of them belong to the nature of public office,accounting for 38.0%.The designated institutions of autism can cover all cities in the whole province,but the geographical distribution is unevenly distributed,which is the most intensive in Hefei,with 29 families,accounting for 31.5%;The operating conditions of the rehabilitation service institutions of autism are: 88.6% of the people's livelihood projects are not charged,and 24.6% of the people's livelihood projects are not charged.The site was from 43 social leases,accounting for 46.7 percent.Institutions to receive government support in the form of personnel training,financial support,preferential advisory guidance,support,support the site,and other support,access to social support in the form of a volunteer volunteers,living supplies,donated money,free training,teaching equipment and other support;The requirements for public institutions accounted for 32.4 per cent,while the requirements for private institutions accounted for 73.7 per cent;The service situation of rehabilitation service agencies of autistic children: the number of autistic children aged 0-6 years old is 1308,accounting for 65.2%.The full-time training mode of 77,accounting for 83.7%;In terms of the timeliness of rehabilitation,there are 69 designated institutions with autism,accounting for 75.0%.The fixed point mechanism can adopt mainstream rehabilitation method;The maximum number of organizations using the assessment of autistic children development assessment(PEP)was 95.7%;The 92 institutions have formulated the individualized education scheme(IEP),but only 41 have been able to develop and fully refer to IEP,accounting for 44.6%.In 2007,the number of autistic children was 2007,with the public sector accounting for 26.1% and the private sector accounting for 73.9%.The number of autistic children in the civil administration system was the largest,with 1,199,accounting for 59.7%;The situation of the staff in the rehabilitation service organizations of autistic persons: female teachers outnumber male teachers;female teachers make up 95.9%;Age group under 30 years old,accounting for 75.0%;The highest proportion of people with post-secondary education is 61.2%.The number of working years was more evenly distributed over 5 years,but in 5 years it was less,only 12.2%;Special teachers accounted for 76.1%;The number of non-insured teachers in public institutions accounts for 11.4%,while the private sector accounts for 22.8%.The number of teachers in the total number of the teachers was 49,accounting for 53.3 percent,and the flow rate was more than 20 percent,accounting for 10.9 percent.The number of promotion problems in the office of public institutions accounted for 40.0%,while private institutions accounted for only 10.5%.Conclusion:The department of rehabilitation services for autism in Anhui province is not unified with the competent authorities,and the fee,recovery time,timeliness and training number are lacking;The different types of rehabilitation services in Anhui province have different levels of government support,social support and demand;A lack of industry standards for diagnosis and assessment,planning and implementation of rehabilitation services and rehabilitation intervention methods in Anhui province;The rehabilitation of elderly people with autism in Anhui province has nowhere to go;In Anhui province,there is a shortage of professional staff in the rehabilitation service organization of autism,and the education and salary are not high,and the professional title needs to be solved urgently.Countermeasures and recommendations:strengthen the institutional supervision,improve and strictly implement the assessment mechanism of the organs of the autistic children;Implement the "socialization" of the rehabilitation of autism,to improve the government support and social support system of autism rehabilitation institutions;Standard autopsy institutions to determine the diagnosis and rehabilitation education system,strengthen the effective cooperation between institutions and families;The problem of the resettlement of children with autism should be solved urgently,and the nursing institution needs to be built urgently;Strengthen the training of personnel,improve the treatment of teachers,improve the autism teacher title assessment system. |
