Objective:Using Morris water maze,enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay research antler of behavioral change of vascular dementia rat,the hippocampus of rats brain derived neurotrophic factor expression.Exploring marrow for the treatment of vascular dementia.Method:1.Healthy male Wistar rats,randomly divided into:control group,model group,donepezil HCL western control group,velvet antler extract high dose group,middle dose group,low dose group.Adopt the traditional double vascular obstruction(2VO)method to copy the vascular dementia rats model.2.Morris water maze test:to detect vascular dementia rats behavior change,inspection method of marrow and begin to understand the influence of the vascular dementia rats learning and memory ability.3.Use enzyme-linked immunoassay(ELISA)method to detect vascular dementia rat hippocampus expression of brain derived neurotrophic factor.Result:1.Morris water maze test results show that:Compared with control group,model group of escape significantly prolong the incubation period,less cross platform,with statistical significance(P<0.05);Velvet antler extract high dose grope compared with model grope can obviously shorten the escape latency,to increase the number cross platform,with statistical significance(P<0.05);Western medicine group,middle dose group compared with model group to escape the incubation period shorten,cross platform number increase,with statistical significance(P<0.05);Low dose group compared with model group,no statistical significance(P>0.05).2.ELISA test results:Compared with control group,model group vascular dementia rat hippocampus brain derived neurotrophic factor expression significantly reduced,statistically significant(P < 0.00);High dose group compared with model group expression of brain derived neurotrophic factor significantly increased,with statistical significance(P < 0.00);The western medicine group,middle dose group compared with model group expression of brainderived neurotrophic factor to rise,with statistical significance(P < 0.05);Low dose group compared with model group increased the expression of brain derived neurotrophic factor is not obvious,there is no statistical significance(P > 0.05).Conclusion:Marrow method can obviously improve the vascular dementia rats learning and memory ability,promote the hippocampus brain derived neurotrophic factor expression.
