Design And Implementation Of Medical Large Data System In Shandong Qianfoshan Hospital

As an important basic strategic resource,the big data of health care is becoming an important driving force to promote the transformation of medical mode and improve the quality of medical service.How to effectively excavate the intrinsic value of medical data and realize the two use of data,combine big data technology with existing medical information system,and realize the storage,management and utilization of medical data in big data environment.It is both a challenge and an opportunity for the construction of medical information.This paper is based on the existing hospital information system,combined with big data core technology and philosophy,designed and implemented a large medical data system.First of all,through the analysis of the original data in information system,the design and implementation of a level two data storage architecture to distributed file system data stored in the form of medical documents,the deployment of the distributed database,realize the storage and management of the massive unstructured data.Secondly,the text data in medical data,combining the semantic structure of medical professional data,using rule mining extraction,statistical analysis and text analysis of Natural Language Processing technology,structured text data processing.And then,using data retrieval technology and combining Natural Language Processing results,the design and implementation of index structure and retrieval device are completed.Finally,The corresponding design and implementation of the data storage,transmission and access control security requirements.The function of the large medical data system is divided into four modules:medical search function module,scientific research management module,data analysis module and patient management module.The medical search module provides a simple and quick search for clinical medical service users,including keyword search and multi condition search,realizes retrieval functions cover the basic information of the patients,diagnosis,testing,inspection and other 12 major categories of hundreds of index data.Scientific management module provides function of customized research standard for clinicians,by constructing the research group,set satisfied discharge conditions and the observation index,the realization of screening of the samples,improve the ability to collect data.The data analysis module provides users with reliable data analysis services by means of numerical calculation,visual display and other means.The patient management function module provides the scientific and orderly follow-up management function based on the demand analysis of the patients,whole cycle diagnosis and treatment service.The research of this thesis is a useful exploration of medical information construction.Through the medical data system in the deployment and application of the hospital,the hospital for breakthrough data barriers,realize the sharing of medical data,realize the centralized management of data and data mining,provides the basis of help.At the same time,it also provides valuable experience for the future hospital to explore new medical model,promote the application of large data research and improve the management level of medical decision-making.
