Releasing Lungs Kidney Soup With Nfantile Tuina Treatment Infantile Enuresis (Lung And Kidney Deficiency Syndrome ) Clinical Observation

Purpose: Discuss releasing lungs kidney decoction combined infantile massage in the treatment of kidney deficiency syndrome to treat infantile enuresis treatment clinical observation,mainly including the outcome of symptoms and signs of infantile enuresis and so on,and on the basis of the summary,looking for the etiology,pathogenesis of infantile enuresis and to guide rational drug use,provides the theory basis for effective treatment of infantile enuresis.For prevention and treatment of infantile enuresis new ideas,new drug development for treatment of the disease also provide effective theory basis.Method:Randomly selected randomly in the clinical screening in conformity with the clinical diagnosis of 90 cases of infantile enuresis between Chinese and western medicine(lung and kidney deficiency syndrome)patients,it can be divided into 3 groups at random,treatment group,30 cases of,for releasing lungs kidney soup with infantile massage therapy at the same time;Control group,30 cases of 1,for releasing lungs kidney decoction;The control group 2,30 cases,to give children massage therapy.A treatment for five days,observe two period of treatment,followed up for 1 month.The therapeutic effect of three groups were compared.Result:Three groups after their treatment plan,the treatment group:the treatment group,2 cases were cured,18 cases were,8 cases of effective,invalid 2 cases,the clinical total effective rate was 93.3%;The control group 1:0 cases were cured,10 cases were,17 cases of effective,invalid 3 cases,the clinical total effective rate was 90.0%.The control group 2,0 cases were cured,7 cases were,19 cases effective,4 cases were invalid,the total effective rate 86.7%.Comparison of the three groups of,the treatment group total effectiveness is superior to control group 1 and group 2,after statistics analysis,P<0.05,prompt,significant difference was found in three groups of experiment results,treatment group total clinical curative effect is higher than the control group,the control group 1 and group 2 result there was no significant difference.Conclusion:Releasing lungs kidney soup joint pediatric massage treatment of infantile enuresis curative effect,for infantile enuresis prevention and treatment to provide new ideas,also looking for treatment of the disease provide effective theoretical basis for new drug development.
