| Objective The newly diagnosed children with asthma were divided into positive group and negative group according to the strict standard of asthma prediction index,to explore the relationship between the prediction index of asthma and the therapeutic effect and pulmonary function parameters of two groups,in order to provide more clinical basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment of asthma.Method 134 cases of children with asthma in our hospital were selected and diagnosed as children with asthma.Inclusion Criteria:Boys and girls diagnosed with asthma according to the guidelines for asthma;Exclusion criteria:Parents and children who did not comply with their own drug withdrawal,medication and asthma medication use of the wrong methods,Severe pulmonary function damage,Except for children with pulmonary function test can not be done(Such as bullae,pneumothorax etc),Incomplete data or other reasons did not complete the object of the study.Up to the end of the follow-up period,there was no loss of follow-up.According to the API standard,80 cases were divided into positive group and negative group(n = 54);Another 50 healthy children were selected as healthy control group.Management of asthma in two groups according to the guidelines for asthma,and followed up for 1 years.Lung function data,Symptom score in daytime and night for children with asthma,c-ACT,The number of Escalation and degradation of asthma treatment protocols were collected in API positive and negative groups,At the end of follow-up,all the data were statistically analyzed,All the subjects were informed consent of the guardian.Result Follow up score showed that the c-ACT score of the two groups after treatment for 1 years was significantly higher than that of the 1 groups;Within 1 years,the scores of the two groups showed a rising trend,the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05);There was no difference between the two groups in the treatment of first months and 3 months(p>0.05);There were differences between 6 months and 9months(p<0.05);After 1 years of treatment,there was no difference between the two groups(p>0.05);In 1 years,the two groups showed a decreasing trend in Symptom score in daytime and night,There was no difference between the two groups in the treatment of first months and 3 months(p>0.05);There were differences between sixth months and9 months(p<0.05);After 1 years of treatment,there was no difference between the two groups(p>0.05);The number of Escalation and degradation of asthma treatment protocols were statistically significant difference between the two groups(p<0.05).During the follow-up of 1 years,the control rate of asthma in the two groups increased gradually,and API negative group was better than the positive group in total;In API positive group and negative group,the values of X5,Fres,R5,R20 and R5-R20 were significantly lower than that of the control group(p<0.05);However,there was no significant difference between the API positive group and the negative group(p>0.05);After 3 months of treatment in API positive group,there was no significant improvement in the value of the pulmonary function of patientsin comparison with the initial treatment(p>0.05);and there was no difference between API positive group and negative group(p>0.05);After 6 months of treatment,the value of X5,Fres,R5,R20 in the API positive group were significantly improved compared with before treatment(p<0.05);However,there was no difference between R5-R20 value and initial value(p>0.05);The values of X5,Fres,R5,R20 and R5-R20 in the API negative group were significantly improved compared with before treatment(p<0.05);Compared with API positive group and negative group,there was a difference between R5 and R5-R20(p<0.05);After 1 years of treatment,the lung function of API positive group and negative group were significantly improved(p<0.05);However,the R5 and R20 values of API positive group and negative group were still different(p<0.05),The negative group was better than the positive group?Conclusion API positive group and negative group during the standard asthma treatment,There were differences in Lung function data,Symptom score in daytime and night for children with asthma,c-ACT,The number of Escalation and degradation of asthma treatment protocols between the two groups,The speed and degree of lung function improvement in negative group were better than those in positive group,The scores and other indicators also showed that the negative group was better than the positive group after same treatment. |
