So far, intralinus anesthesia is still the main method of anesthesia for lower extremity surgery.CT examination has been widely used in hospitals at all levels.By CT examination before anesthesia for lumbar spine vertex and the twisted and spine on both sides of the Angle of pedicle anatomic survey can better guide the anaesthetic puncture Angle and way of intra-spinal canal, can better guide the anesthesia operation.Lines of preoperative need lower extremity surgery in patients with preoperative lumbar CT scan, the top edge of L3 and L4 spinous process partial skew Angle measurement, with lumbar trailing edge tangent EF,perpendicular to the line tangent to the OG(O point for delay line and the perpendicular to the tangent of the lumbar spine in sedation trailing edge points of EF),measuring axis spinous process and OG Angle(Angle AOG);The Angle of the highest point(A point)and the Angle of the pedicle(Angle EAF)were measured. The experimental group(group A)and the control group(group B)were randomly divided into two groups: the average of the L3 lower margin of L3 and the mean of the Angle of the lumbar spine of L4 were used to puncture the anaesthesia.Group B was located in the traditional spine of the spines and was used to puncture anaesthesia in accordance with the direct entry method. The operation of anesthesia was performed by the same attending physician. Results: lumbar spine Angle in normal crowd of twisted, epidural needles Angle change range control within 40 degrees of safety, can improve the lumbar spinal anesthesia puncture success rate and reduce the incidence of nerve injury. Conclusion: lumbar spine twisted for positioning surface spines clearance straight into the method for lumbar spinal anesthesia puncture has certain influence,in the lumbar spine twisted axis as the way of anaesthetic puncture, with spines on the vertices and on both sides of the pedicle Angle as needle adjustable Angle range, can reduce the piercing damage, improve the safety and effect of anaesthetic puncture.
