Analysis Of Postoperative Adjuvant Therapy Results In TCRA

Objective:To analyse postoperative re-adhesion rate,pregnancy rate,and delivery rate treated under different adjuvant therapy,obtain the best postoperative auxiliary treatment,provide evidence for clinicians to make scientific decision in the diagnosis and treatment.To make better implementation and meet the expectations of patients in clinical diagnosis and treatment,lightening patients physical and mental burden caused by intrauterine adhesions.Methods:Collect the data of the patients diagnosed with IUA in our hospital from 2007 to October 2015,among whom accepted TCRA in and out patient department in our hospital.According to the different postoperative adjuvant treatment,patients are divided into four groups.We follow-up patients'after surgery situation,including re-adhesion rate in 3 month,pregnancy rate in the first and second year,delivery rate in two years.By those re-adhesion rate,pregnancy rate,and delivery rate in four groups,we obtain the best solution for IUA patients after TCRA that can improve fertility.Results:(1)There was no statistically significant difference in the four groups adhesion rate(x~2=6.326,P=6.326).(2)Four groups in the first year of the pregnancy rate difference was statistically significant(x~2=7.858,P=7.858).(3)Four groups there was no statistically significant difference in the pregnancy rates in the second year(x~2=4.562,P=4.562).(4)Four groups of 2 years successful pregnancy rate difference was statistically significant(x~2=8.930,P=8.930),but because of the two cell(25.0%)expect to count is less than 5,the minimum expected count is 1.21,so the statistical results was invalid.Conclusion:(1)Intrauterine placed airbag 48-72 hours+estrogen and progesterone combination therapy for 3 months after the first year of pregnancy treatment rate was 56.67%,in improving the first year after pregnancy pregnancy rate,better than postoperative uterine cavity Into the injection of sodium hyaluronate+oral estrogen 3 months of treatment.Postoperative adjuvant therapy can improve IUA patients in the first year after pregnancy rate of pregnancy,improve fertility.In the airbag+estrogen and progesterone combination therapy is the best.(2)Patients who received adjuvant therapy after operation were more than 50%in two years after operation.Postoperative adjuvant therapy was given to improve the pregnancy rate of IUA patients and improve the outcome of pregnancy.
