| Objective:Based on the study of the relationship between sliding length and gastroesophageal reflux disease,this study provides a theoretical basis for the diagnosis and treatment of hiatal hernia and gastroesophageal reflux disease.Methods:Statistical analysis of 821 cases in the Xinjiang Autonomous Region People's Hospital of minimally invasive surgery for high resolution esophageal manometry and 24 h esophageal pH monitoring in patients with clincal data from January 2013 to April 2016,there were 363 male and 458 female patients,aged 27 to 73 years old,the median age is 47 years old,grouping the patients according to the sliding length,sliding length greater than or equal to1.5cm and less than 2cm as a group,equal to 2cm to less than 5cm as a group,a group of more than or equal to 5cm.At the same time,the sliding length of different sliding esophageal hiatal hernia was compared with the result of gastroesophageal reflux.Results:In 821 patients,sliding length between 1.5cm and 2cm in 312 cases,among them,with GERDQ,gastroscope,and the 24 h esophageal pH monitoring in 147 cases of patients with the diagnosis of GERD,and in 165 cases of patients non-GERD;sliding length is between 2cm and 5cm in 483 cases,among them,with GERDQ,gastroscope,and the 24 h esophageal pH monitoring in 421 patients with the diagnosis of GERD,and in 62 cases of patients non-GERD;sliding length is greater than or equal to 5cm in 26 cases,among them,with GERDQ,gastroscope,and the 24 h esophageal pH monitoring in 19 patients with the diagnosis of GERD,and in 7 cases of patients non-GERD.Among 821 cases of patients,587 cases of patients with the diagnosis of GERD,and 234 cases of patients with non-GERD.Conclusion:Most patients with sliding hiatal hernia were combined with gastroesophageal reflux disease.The prevalence of gastroesophageal reflux disease was different in different sliding lengths,with higher prevalence in the long sliding length. |
