ObjectiveToinvestigate the clinical efficacyandsafety of sishenhuiyangtang in treating spleen and kidney yang deficiency diarrhea.MethodsThe group method:choose from August 2016 to August 2017 clinics patients with a total of 90 patients,and the into the exclusion standard the selected eligible,Chinese medicine dialectical belongs to the Spleen Kidney Yang Deficiency-induced diarrhea,and wererandomly assigned to two groups in treatment group and controlgroup,30 cases each group.Thetreatment group is given sishenhuiyangtang.Thecontrolgroup A isgiven Sishen wan9g bid.Thecontrolgroup B isgivenBifid-triple viable capsule 630mg bid.Three gro upsof patientsare in four weeks for one period of treatment,The coparisons of the curative effects were made by three groups after treatment.Results l.In this study,90 patients were included in the study,87 of them completed the clinical observation,the treatment group lost 1 case,the control group A lost 1 case,and the control group B lost 1 case.Thetotal depigmentation rate is 3.33%.2.The clinical curative effect is:In the treatment group,6 cases recovered and 16 cases significantly improved,6 cases improved,1 ineffectual cases.The total effective rate in the treatment group is 96.6%.Inthe control group of Sishenwan,1 cases recovered and 6 cases significantly improved,18 cases improved,4 ineffectual cases.The total effective rate in the treatment group is 86.2%.Inthe control group of Bifid-tripleviable capsule,0 cases recovered and 1 cases significantly improved,16 cases improved,12 ineffectual cases.The total effective rate in the treatment group is 58.62%.After treatment analyze the three groups efficacy by two Independent SampleTest(P<0.01).Therewas statisticallysignificant difference in the total effective rate between the treatment group and the two controlgroups.The effective rate from the treatment group is dearly superior.3.Three groups before andafter treatment in patients with symptomatic integral oftraditional Chinese medicine with significant difference(P<0.01).Thedegreeofimprove-mentabout sishenhuiyangtang better than Sishenwan and Bifid-triple viable capsule in bowel frequency,mucus stool,abdominal pain,eold chills,lumbar debility and lassitude(P<0.01).ConclusionsAbove all,The curative effect of the sishenhuiyangtang on the treatment of spleen and kidney Yang deficiency is accurate,no obvious adverse reaction,and good safety.
