| Objective:With reference study,it was to investigate the progress of study on treating the anorexia with western and Chinese medicine,which could be theoretical guidance for the anorexia.With cluster analysis,it was to investigate the regulation on treating anorexia in children of my tumor Profession Lin Xiao-Jie,which could be the available medication consideration.With clinical study,it was to investigate the effect of Xingpichangwei decoration and dressing umbilicus decoration in treating the anorexia in children,which could provide an evidence for clinical applications.Methods:In the aspect of reference study,by retrospective analysis,the progress of modern and traditional Chinese medicine for treating the anorexia were systematically elaborated.In the part of cluster analysis,the medical record of pediatric patients with anorexia from Guangdong No.2 TCM hospital during January 2014 to January2015 were collected.WPS Office Excel and SPSS 20.0 were used for data mining and statistical analysis.The ward’s method was used as the major hierarchical cluster analysis,and the squared Euclidean distance(SEP)was treated as the measurement.The table of agglomeration schedule and the dendrogram were used to show the process and result of cluster analysis.In the aspect of clinical study,single center,randomized controlled prospective clinical study was used.Patients from Guangdong No.2 TCM hospital during March 2015 to June 2017 were divided into control and observation group by the random number table and parallel study design.And there were 3o patients in each group.Patients in control group were treated with live combined bacillus subtilis and zinc gluconate.However,patients in observation group were treated with xingpichagnwei decoration and dressing umbilicus decoration.Then the signs and symptoms were observed including height,weight and body mass index(BMI),and the TCM syndrome evaluation wasused to evaluate the overall efficacy.Moreover,tumor necrosis factor(TNF)-αand leptin(LP)were tested before and after treatments.Result:In the aspect of cluster analysis,128 case records with 512 prescriptions were accepted.Poria cocos was used much more another Chinese medicines(488/512,95.31%).There were 11 drugs were used over 50%.With ward’s method,if SED was 1,data were clustered into 4 categories.While it was 3,data were clustered into 3 categories.Then it was 4,data were clustered into 2 categories.And 4 categories was the best result to show the regulation of Profession Lin Xiao-Jie in treating the anorexia.In the aspect of clinical research,the effective rate of observation was93.33% while it was just 70.00% in control group and there was the difference(P<0.05).After 3 months of treatment,BMI in observation group was much higher than the control one(17.53±1.17 vs 16.13±1.10),and there was the difference(t=4.79,P=0.00<0.05).Furthermore,after the medication,the serum concentration of TNF-α was obviously higher than the control group(44.98±6.18 vs 38.96±12.47)pg·mL-1,and there was the difference(t’=2.37,P=0.02<0.05).And the serum concentration of LP was obviously higher than the control group after therapy(5.56±0.80 vs 4.80±1.12)μg·L-1,and there was the difference(t=3.07,P=0.00<0.05).Conclusion:The mechanism of anorexia was not classified,and there were many TCM theories with great features and exact clinical effects.However,it was necessary to summarized the regulation and TCM mechanism.It was xingpichangwei method that was used by Prof.Lin in treating pediatric anorexia.And this method with exceptional feature was well arranged.Moreover,xingpichangwei decoration as well as dressing umbilicus decoration could improve the manifestations of anorexia patients,which were with satisfactory long-term efficacy.The mean mechanism was related to regulate the serum concentrations of TNF-α and LP. |
