Therapeutic Effect Of Xuebijing Injection In Treating Severe Pneumonia Complicated With Sepsis According To SOFA Score And CPIS Score

Objective:Observation the effectiveness of Xuebijing injection combined with conventional therapy in treating severe pneumonia complicated with sepsis.Evaluation of therapeutic effect of Xuebijing Injection by sequential organ failure score(SOFA),clinical pulmonary infection score(CPIS)and C-reactive protein.Objective to investigate the clinical value and significance of Xuebijing injection in the treatment of Severe pneumonia complicated with sepsis.Methods:The research object of the topic is screened,which are from patients with severe pneumonia complicated with sepsis,which is from Henan province people's hospital,which is blood stasis and toxin resistance syndrome by syndrome differentiation in TCM.This topic includes 60 cases which are randomly divided into two groups as the research object.The two groups were treated with conventional therapy,and the treated group was added Xuebijing Injection.Our patients' SOFA score,CPIS score and C-reactive protein were recorded before treatment and every day after xuebijing injection.And the 28D mortality rate were observed.Their differences were compared between the two groups to evaluate the therapeutic effect of Xuebijing injection on severe pneumonia complicated with sepsis.Results:1.This study includes 60 severe pneumonia complicated with sepsis patients with blood stasis and toxin resistance syndrome,which are randomly divided into treatment group and control group,after the inspection,the two groups are not statistical difference in gender and age(P>0.05),they are comparable.2.The two groups are not statistical difference in SOFA score,CPIS score and C-reactive protein(P>0.05),they are comparable.3.SOFA score of all patients descreased after treatment,the treatment group descreased more,and there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).4.CPIS score of all patients descreased after treatment,the treatment group descreased more,and there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).5.C-reactive protein of all patients descreased after treatment,the treatment group descreased more,and there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).5.The 28D mrotality rate in xuebijing group and control group were 30%and 46.6%,and there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical research of Xuebijing injection for severe pneumonia complicated with sepsis patients,can reduce the SOFA score,CPIS score and C-reactive protein,compared with the control group,the score decreased more significantly,and reduce the mortality rate of 28 days compared with the control group improved significantly.Xuebijing injection is one of the effective methods for the treatment of severe pneumonia complicated with sepsis patients.
