Nowadays,with the fast development of economic society,not only human satisfied with basic survival needs,but will be more effort to create a healthy life.It makes that human body physiological parameters detection is particularly important,with personal health problems widely attention.Sufficient oxygen,for example,is one of the basic condition of human life activities,low oxygen content will cause irreversible hypoxic damage in the body's tissues and may even be life-threatening.So about the detection of the index,has important reference value to determine whether the body health.In all the parameters used to reflect the characteristics of the human body,Blood Oxygen Saturation(Oxygen Saturation)is critical index of the Oxygen in the blood,we usually use professional testing equipment to monitor its value.Pulse oximetry is more common in measuring instruments,it has a noninvasive real-time monitoring function,so has been widely applied in medical institutions.But the survey found,because portability is poorer,can't real-time monitoring,such as pulse oximetry is not promoted in the domestic market.And portability of mobile devices can make up for the poor professional testing equipment portability,therefore,this paper based on the Android smart phones(Android)research the blood oxygen saturation monitoring method based on mobile medical.Firstly,inconsiderationof the disadvantage that the hardware equipment of reflection-type blood oxygen monitoring can't real-time monitor,this paper used smartphones to collect blood oxygen signal.The process included the simulation of the incident light source,color model transformation and the extraction of average pixel values.The noise type in the signal curve has been analyzed,and realized blood oxygen signal denoising combining with the wavelet transform algorithm.Through the three layer coif3 basis function,this paper computed the wavelet coefficients to hard threshold and heuristic threshold quantificat the high frequency coefficients of the layers,achieving the denoising method and getting the new coefficient.Then,each layer coefficient was inversed transformation to get the reconstruction curve.This curve was used to the eigen valueextraction of parametercalculation.Through the experimental simulation and analysis of the quantitative indicators,the denoising method in this paper was proved that ensures that the signal has high precision and less effective signal loss.Later,considering the situation that the signal data format conversion,signal denoising and parameters calculation need to be done with the help of a PC,in this paper,monitoring method was implemented through software based on smartphone of Mobile Health system.The method of using smartphones for blood oxygen monitoring was analyzed first,including requirements analysis of hardware acquisition,data processing and display.After clearing the required function and working process,the overall architecture of blood oxygen monitoring system was designed and implemented.Then,this paper respectively designed and implemented the software function and interface combining with the multithreading operating principle of system.
