ObjectiveBased on the changes of drug use after implementing zero-markup drug policy in four tertiary hospitals in Qiqihar city,it aims to provide references for the relevant authorities on policy-marking to boost a better development of the public health system.MetholdsThe four public hospitals in Qiqihar City were selected as the research object.With the HIS system of four hospitals,one year after the implementation of the zero spread of drugs(from January 1,2015 to December 31,2015)and one year after the implementation of the drug zero difference(January 1,2016 to December 31,2016).And analyze,evaluate and summarize the use of drugs after the zero difference in the use of drugs;drug zero difference before and after the implementation of the policy changes in the use of drugs,put forward the corresponding recommendations and countermeasures.The data were compared between the two groups using the t test,the comparison between the count data using the chi-square test for comparison,P <0.05 considered to have statistical differences.Results1?The difference between the two groups in the outpatient service,the average cost of discharged patients,the average cost of discharged patients and the per capita consumption of drugs in discharged patients were statistically different before and after the implementation of the drug zero difference in the four public hospitals of Qiqihar City(P <0.05).2?After the implementation of the drug zero difference,Qiqihar City,four public hospitals accounted for lower than the implementation of the drug before the difference(P <0.05).3?After the implementation of the drug zero difference,Qiqihar City,four public hospitals accounted for lower than the implementation of the drug before the difference(P <0.05).4?There were 868 follow-up questionnaires.The choice of twenty or three percent of the patients was also seen as poorly cognitive(10.8%).Five or six percent of the patients who had chosen to be treated were seen as cognitive outcomes(37.2%).There were seven or eight percent of the patients(21.5%),and the patients with extreme knowledge were considered to have excellent cognitive outcomes(17.3%).1000 cases of patients for the implementation of the hospital drug zero difference for the results of the outstanding results for the 388(38.8%),the cognitive results for the general 372(37.2%),the cognitive results of the poor(240)twenty four%).5?The satisfaction rate of the drug after the implementation of the drug zero difference was higher than that of the drug price difference,and the satisfaction rate of the drug was similar to that of the drug price before(?2=517.581,P=0.000).6?Of the 868 valid questionnaires,153 were identified by friends and family,and 87 were reported by the newspaper and magazine.The policy was zero,and 305 were informed by the community health service,and 269 were through the television And other media to understand the zero price of drugs policy,54 through other ways to understand the drug zero difference policy.7?Of the 868 follow-up questionnaires,the patients' self-appraisal on the medical service quality is 573 after the policy spread and 186 patients considered a redaction on the medical service(186/868)after the zero-markup price policy.The implementation of drug zero difference befor and after the patients' self-appraisal on the medical service did not change much(109/868).Conclusion1.Qiqihar City,four public hospitals after the implementation of Zero-markup drug policy,the medical expenses have changed,the implementation of drugs after the difference between the outpatient cost of patients,the outpatient per capita cost of drugs,discharged patients were discharged costs and per capita drug consumption have decreased.2.The proportion of antimicrobial agents has decreased,the quality of medical services has improved.3.The implementation of Zero-markup drug policy can provide decision-making reference for the relevant departments to better serve the medical and health services.
