Early Gastric Emptying In Patients With Type 2 Diabetes Insulin Resistance Characteristics And Acupuncture Clinical Research Of Its Regulatory Role

Purpose:1.Choose early in patients with type 2 diabetes insulin resistance and normal healthy people as the research object,through the ¹³ c-octylic acid breath test observation of early gastric emptying function in patients with type 2 diabetes insulin resistance change law,discusses the characteristics of patients with gastric emptying function.2.Through the observation before and after acupuncture early in patients with type 2 diabetes insulin resistance change law of gastric emptying for clinical treatment of diabetes early gastric emptying tachycardia provide feasibility basis.Method:1.Choose endocrinology in changchun university of Chinese medicine affiliated hospital,into standard patients,30 cases of test group,30 cases of healthy volunteers as control group,respectively,on an empty stomach for 13 c-octylic acid breath test,observation group compared with control group,the gastric emptying.2.Give experimental acupuncture,five times for a period of treatment,a total of three courses,contrast group before acupuncture index changes associated with gastric emptying after acupuncture.Result:1.Patients in control group is half emptying time,delay time to speed up（P<0.05）,gastric emptying coefficient of no difference（P>0.05）.2.In the first half of the experimental group a after acupuncture needle slow transit time and delay time（P<0.05）,HOMA-IR decreased（P<0.05）,no statistical difference of gastric emptying coefficient（P>0.05）,before the meal before the postprandial blood glucose than acupuncture is slightly reduced,but no statistical difference（P>0.05）,is GSP after acupuncture needle front lower（P<0.05）,the experimental group after acupuncture half emptying time,delay time is relatively healthy controls no statistical difference（P>0.05）,no statistical difference of gastric emptying coefficient（P>0.05）.Bulimia,3 patients,test group 93.33%90%of the patients after acupuncture had different degree of ease.Conclusion:1,early insulin resistance in type 2 diabetes patients with bulimia are,by 13c breath test diagnosis,its half emptying time,speeding up,the phase delay time is relatively normal gastric emptying coefficient of no difference.2,acupuncture can effectively improve early gastric emptying in patients with type 2 diabetes insulin resistance to speed up,make it tend to normal,and also has a good effect in appetite control,improving its accelerating gastric emptying,especially in the half emptying time and delay time for the coefficient of gastric emptying and acupuncture before no difference.3,the needle can effectively improve the patient of type 2 diabetic insulin resistance of the patient homa-ir level,and the GSP of the patient also has certain improvement function,have the better security.
