Blast Analysis Of Drug Resistance Of Staphylococcus Aureus In Typical Colonization Bacteria Group Of Chronic Rhinosinusitis

Objective: To study the resistance genes of Staphylococcus aureus in typical colonization group of chronic rhinosinusitis,so as to provide theoretical guidance for the rational use of antibiotics and the improvement of cure rate in the treatment of chronic rhinosinusitis.Methods: Blast analysis,python programming and literature mining were used to analyze the resistance of Staphylococcus aureus complete genome collected by NCBI.Results: 1.In the 167 strains of Staphylococcus aureus,there were 10 categories of antibiotic resistance genes add up to 21 types,the average number of resistant genes was 8.2,the highest was 19;2.The most common resistance genes in 167 strains of Staphylococcus aureus were uppP(100%),mepA(100%),tetL(100%)and norA(99.4%);3.There are 125 strains of Staphylococcus aureus containing mecA;4.The number of drug resistant genes is not significantly different between the Staphylococcus aureus strains isolated from China and isolated from other countries or regions(P > 0.05);5.The number of drug resistant genes is not significantly different between the Staphylococcus aureus strains isolated from human of and isolated from other specimen(P > 0.05).Conclusion: 1.In this study The type and number of drug resistance genes of 167 strains of Staphylococcus aureus were abundant;2.The drug resistance of this group of Staphylococcus aureus to bacilli,quinolones and tetracyclines is severe;3.beta lactam resistance related genes mecA(74.9%),mecR1(61.7%),macrolide resistance related gene ermA(64.7%)are equally common in Staphylococcus aureus in this group.When department of ENT doctors using cephalosporins such as beta lactam or macrolide antibiotics such as lincomycin in the treatment of chronic rhinosinusitis should be very cautious;4.mecA is the core gene of MRSA,was up to 74.9% in this group of Staphylococcus aureus,indicating that the degree of multidrug resistance of Staphylococcus aureus in this group was quite high;5.There was no significant difference in the number and type of drug resistance genes between the 167 strains of Staphylococcus aureus isolated from China and other countries or regions.
