| Objective:1.To understand the knowledge state of reproductive health among the students of different subjects of Soochow University;2.To understand difference on opinion and demand of reproductive health knowledge mong the students of different subjects of Soochow University;3.To explore the relationship between the factors of reproductive health knowledge and behavior of college students,to find ways to improve the level of reproductive health knowledge and improve the reproductive health services.Methods:Using expert consultation method,information research method,inductive analysis,comparative analysis methods combining.Randomly selected include undergraduate and graduate school a total of 1200 cases of unmarried college students,male 652,548 female,age 18 to 26 years old,average age was 22.71±1.12 years old,in April 2015 ~ December 2015 for reproductive health status and needs of the questionnaire survey.According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria selection questionnaire.The design of the questionnaire analysis,the first college students reproductive health development background and motivation on the basis of the systematic description of the contents of College Students' reproductive health problems,the investigation and literature review in China,to consult with experts,questionnaire design,questionnaire included demographic information,knowledge of reproductive health,reproductive health self evaluation and reproductive health needs.Reliability and validity of collected data were assured.The purpose and significance of the investigation,as well as the anonymity and the matters needing attention were informed.After obtaining the informed consent of the survey,the questionnaire was distributed.All the questionnaires were filled in by the object of investigation.Epidate 3.1 software is used to create a survey data structure document,and the data are verified by parallel double entry,and the quantitative analysis of the data is performed at the same time.Statistical analysis of the data was statistically analyzed by SPSS22 statistics IBM.Results:1.The investigation object: meet into the standard of college students issued a total of 1200 questionnaires,in accordance with the eligibility criteria for screening and,ultimately,for analysis of qualified questionnaires number 1156 copies,qualified response rate was 96.33%.Male 636,female 520,the youngest 18 years old,the maximum is 26 years old,the average age is 22.71 ± 1.12 years old.2.The degree of understanding of the concept of reproductive health: the choice of understanding accounted for only 63.93% of the boys,the degree of understanding is higher than girls.Considered the most necessary knowledge of reproductive health,the choice of the most for reproductive health services and sexually transmitted disease(STD)knowledge,the choice ratio was 94.32%.For the way of obtaining sexual knowledge,the choice of the Internet,books and periodicals accounted for 91.46% and 86.32% respectively.There are differences in the ways of obtaining knowledge between the three colleges.Students from the School of Urban Rail Trasportation and the School of Arts have the highest proportion of knowledge acquired through the Internet,with(94.81%)and(99.35%)higher than those of books and periodicals and school education.But the first way for medical students to acquire sexual knowledge is the school education(100%).For the beginning of the reproductive health education time 62.16% of the students chose the junior high school,the way to carry out reproductive health education,81.75% of the students chose the form of a compulsory course.For the male and female reproductive organs of the structure to understand the degree of choice,choose to have more understanding of only 27.16%.Male foreskin is too long,but can be turned out of the accounting for 28.64%,accounting for 9.48% of the ring cut operation.The menarche was 13.02 years old,regular menstruation accounted for 73.85%.Symptoms of diseases of reproductive system of female dysmenorrhea proportion 19.48%,leucorrhea abnormal rate of 5.31%,male frequent micturition,make water urgent 2.13%,make water is painful 1.46%,micturition 2.04%.All respondents had a proportion of masturbation behavior was 78.37%,male students have masturbation behavior of 93.26%,only 37.16% of girls.For the perception of masturbation behavior,that is the normal physiological needs of the 71.64%,that is pathological behavior,immoral 5.31%,considered acceptable behavior,but it will take from the 19.83% of the sense of responsibility.The prevalence of reproductive system disease in reproductive health concept group was different from that in nonreproductive health concept group.According to the available data,the reproductive health concept group(9.07%)was found to be less prevalent than the reproductive health concept group(24.46%).3.Adverse reproductive health factors survey found: BMI index > 28 of the students have 2.23%,choose almost no movement of only 1.77%.There is a difference between male and female of college students in smoking rate and drinking rate.The smoking rate of male students was 53.14%,and that of female students was 1.15%.The drinking rate of male students was 86.64%,and that of female students was 44.62%.For smoking habits,the proportion of boys in the never smoking is only 46.81%.And the proportion of girls smoking was only 1.24%.For drinking boys in the selection of the proportion of never drinking was 13.35%,while the proportion of women who do not drink 55.38%.Daily use notebook computers more than two hours and daily using a mobile phone for more than 3 hours the proportion of 87.35% and 95.31% respectively,and the phone was placed in a trouser pocket or hung on the chest of the proportion is as high as 92.35%.Compared with the students of no symptoms of reproductive disease,the students with reproductive system disease have BMI > 28,smoking,drinking,and less than 2 hours by computer using,and less than 3 hours by mobile phone using,and put mobile phone on the chest pocket every day,and have a higher proportion of drinking water less than 1000 ml.Mental health survey found that restless mood,mood changes accounting for 19.16%,do not have the efficiency,the energy must be concentrated 11.28%The proportion of premarital sexual behavior acceptance was 59.63%.There are differences in the acceptance of premarital sex among the different schools,among which the School of Arts is the highest(68.18%),and the School of Urban Rail Trasportation is the lowest(32.90%).The proportion of sexual behavior among male students was 30.50%,the proportion of female students was 18.65%,and the total proportion was 25.17%.There are differences in the number of premarital sexual behaviors among the three schools of Urban Rail Trasprotation,Arts and Medicine.Among them,the School of Arts(49.35%)had the highest proportion,followed by the Medical School(19.17%),and Schools of Urban Rail Trasprotation had the lowest proportion(14.07%).The first premarital sexual behavior is the main motivation to identify each other as the marriage object 59.38%,the first occurrence of sexual behavior age 18 years old-20 years old accounted for 39.16%,after 20 years of age accounted for 56.33%.Sexual behavior to take the first choice of contraceptive measures accounted for 95.68% of condoms,there are over the accident and abortion have been accounted for 3.56% of the.For unintended pregnancy after treatment methods,choose to accept and give birth to children accounted for 86.67%,the choice of regular abortion accounted for 11.23%.The prevalence of accidental pregnancy and abortion after premarital sexual behavior from the three schools are different.The prevalence of School of Urban Rail Transportations is the highest(21.54%),followed by the School of Arts(20.39%).The prevalence of School of Medicine(6.76%)was significantly lower than the two schools.Think the stream of people affect the future of fertility accounted for 84.69%,choose to cause psychological shadow accounted for 90.36%.For the understanding of sexually transmitted diseases,the understanding of acquired immune deficiency syndrome(AIDS)accounted for 95.38% of the sexually transmitted diseases,the spread of sexually transmitted diseases accounted for 100%,awareness of the spread of blood accounted for 90.46%.4.Survey of reproductive health education needs found: 91.92% of the requirements of reproductive health education is very necessary,98.95% to explain the required course.At the same time,we will grasp the knowledge level of reproductive health as the dependent variable,age,sex,whether they are subjected to the reproductive system health education,reproductive health information received(mainly to college group)as independent variables for single factor analysis.Analysis showed that age,subjected to reproductive health education and reproductive health information accepting and mastering the knowledge level of reproductive health are closely related,of which medical college students to master degree is 1.5 times that of other college students,the reason can be explained for medical college students in learning and receptive to correct the reproductive health education,thus giving students more reproductive health education on students' physical and mental health has an important influence.Conclusions:1.The awareness rate of the basic knowledge of some reproductive health is relatively low,including the knowledge of normal reproductive physiology,contraceptive knowledge,and STD knowledge and so on.Moreover,the pathway of obtaining reproductive health knowledge by College students is mainly through the Internet,books etc.,while education from family and school in the process of reproductive health education does not occupy dominant position.2.Reproductive health knowledge lags corresponding to college students sexual attitude was more open trend,premarital sexual behavior incidence rate is higher.There are differences in the ways of sexual knowledge acquisition,premarital sexual acceptance,premarital sexual behavior,unexpected pregnancy and / or abortion rate among three schools of Urban Rail Transpotation,Arts and Medicine.3.College students generally consider that reproductive health education is very necessary and recommended to set up a compulsory course of reproductive health.4.Colleges and universities should strengthen students during the reproductive health education coverage and intensity.For non-medical students,compulsory courses can be adopted,and elective courses should be adopted in the medical students so as to make rational use of the teaching resources of the school.The required or elective courses in the education,lectures and other measures,supplemented by the integrative educational model.Reproductive health consultation clinic will be opened in hospital of schools.At the same time,we should increase efforts to divert,avoid the influence of adverse media,let the students accept more healthy,positive reproductive health knowledge and sexual psychology,publicity,and establish the correct sexual scientific view,sexual morality and ethics view for students to provide a definitive reproductive health education platform,to ensure that the students in the face of reproductive health problems can make the correct response. |
