| Objective:To investigate the economic burden of disease in hemodialysis patients,in order to establish decision-making based on the payment scope and standard hemodialysis treatment costs and reasonable,so as to improve the medical insurance fund management level and management quality,funds in the affordable range greatly reduce the burden of patients,improve the life of patients with end-stage renal disease.To improve the quality and social regression rate,provides the policy-making basis for the advantages and disadvantages of the existing medical insurance system reform in our country.Methods:By collecting electronic patient case information and outpatient follow-up,patients in dialysis patients will interview,retrospective collection,investigation of such patients annual economic burden;investigation of the local medical insurance policy,the existing methods of compensation mechanism of medical and health care workers to understand and interview etc..From January 2016 to December 2016 in a hospital in Urumqi two hemodialysis patients with chronic renal failure in 99 surveyed,grouped according to Medicare patients,through the comparison of the economic burden of patients on the way of health care,health care access mode that can reduce the economic burden of patients,and analysis of factors effect of obtaining the economic burden of patients by single factor.Results:Compared the 1.basic characteristics of the research object of the crowd,the way of health care between gender,age,education level and family income had no significant difference(P>0.05),and there were statistically significant differences in occupation(?~2=55.786,P<0.05)and marital status(?~2=10.830,P<0.05).Comparison of 2.patients with an average annual economic burden,economic burden(F=6.113,P<0.05),the way of health care among patients with indirect economic burden(F=12.868,P<0.05)and annual economic burden(F=7.212,P<0.05)differences were statistically significant,and the related economic residents health insurance group negative Tam are significantly higher than the other three groups.3.single factor analysis showed that the difference was statistically significant in different age(F=4.195,P<0.05)and occupation(t=16.085,P<0.05)of the annual economic burden of hemodialysis patients,and different gender,marital status,education level and family income per month hemodialysis patients average annual total economic burden of the difference was not significant.Conclusion:End-stage renal disease brings heavy burden to patients and families about Medicare residents,the city health insurance,"medical insurance+relief","city health insurance+poor four health care among Medicare residents relative to other three kinds of medical insurance will bring greater economic burden on patients for blood through“Medicare+poor patients”economic burden is relatively low,while the elderly and unemployed patients will bring greater economic burden for hemodialysis.It is suggested that the medical insurance departments and relevant government departments should continue to increase the input and management of medical insurance and popularize the policy of economic hardship,so that more patients can benefit from it and fundamentally relieve the economic pressure of hemodialysis patients. |
