The Clinical Efficacy Comparison Based On The Real World Between Domestic Drug Eluting Stent (BuMA) And Second Generation Import Drug Eluting Stent

Objective: To observe and compare the domestic drug eluting stent—BuMA and second generation import drug eluting stent,partner in the treatment of coronary heart disease.Methods:There are 539 patients with percutaneous coronary intervention therapy randomized in two groups who accepted coronary artery stent implantation treatment according to the the proportion of 2:1:1:1:1(BuMA2,firebird1,Endeavor,Resolute,Promus Element),from July 2014 to April 2015 in Shanghai sixth people’s hospital.BuMA stent group(179 cases)and second generation import drug eluting stent group(269 cases).These patients were followed up for 12 months to observe the endpoints included major adverse cardiovascular events(Cardiac death,infarction,target vessel revascularization)and secondary outcome events(Target lesion Revascularization).result:1.There was no statistical difference in baseline data of patients with coronary artery disease(age,sex,hypertension,the number of patients with diabetes,dyslipidemia,smoking,peripheral vascular disease,previous PCI and CABG,coronary heart disease family history)between two groups(P>0.05).2.The admission diagnosises between the two groups had no statistical significance(P>0.05).3.The t test of two groups of patients stent implantation has no statistically significance(P>0.05).4.The t test of the two groups Laboratory test reselts has no statistical significance(P>0.05).5.There was no statistical difference between the two groups in MACE,target vessel again reascularization,cardiac death.(P > 0.05).Conclusion:BuMA stent and second generation import drug eluting stent have the similar treatment effect in one year.
