Objective:Based on TCM theory and assisted by classical literature,to investigate the curative effect of Qinglongbaiwei acupuncture treatment in painfulness alleviation,joint activity improvement and functional rehabilitation for patients with neck-shoulder syndrome of wind-cold type,in order to provide new pattern for its clinical treatmentMethod:A total of 60 subjects with inclusion criteria were divided into control group and treatment group by random number method.Conventional acupuncture was provided for control group(30 cases),and Qinglong baiwei acupuncture was applied to the treatment group(30 cases).The treatment course was consisted of 6 days(once a day,30 minutes per time)with one day interval,and the curative effect was evaluated after three courses of treatment.The visual analogue scale(VAS)score,Northwick Park(NPQ)score,the symptoms and signs,pain scores and overall clinical curative effect index between two groups were compared and observed.Result:Via rank sum test(p<0.05),the overall curative effects in two groups were improved after the treatment;for treatment group,the recovery rate was 36.66%and overall effective rate was 86.67%;for control group,the recovery rate was 20%and overall effective rate was 76.67%.By independent-samples t-test,significant difference was found in VAS,NPQ and the symptoms and signs,pain scores between two groups(p<0.05),and the curative effect in treatment group was obviously superior to the controls.Conclusion:Both therapeutic approaches were effecting in neck-shoulder syndrome clinical treatment,and the painfulness in neck-shoulder and confined functional activity were all alleviated.All evaluation indexes of curative effect in treatment group were superior to the control group.
