| Objective To investigate the relationship between intrauterine cytomegalovirus(CMV)infection and the condition, typing, intellectual development and imaging of children with cerebral palsy. Methods In this paper,a retrospective analysis of 147 cases in our hospital rehabilitation department nearly 6 years admitted to hospital and diagnosed as cerebral palsy. The average age of 14.7 months, the proportion of men and women 2.3:1.The children with TORCH positive IgG and CMV-DNA test were selected as the control group. The age and sex of the control group were matched with those of the cerebral palsy group.CMV fluorescence quantitative PCR was used to detect CMV-DNA in urine, and the number of copies was tested by T,and the results were analyzed. For the cerebral palsy group analysis, cerebral palsy group with standard treatment before and after treatment with GMFM scale score of gross motor in children with cerebral palsy,Gesell scale cerebral palsy children intelligence development level,as well as the analysis of the CP types, head MRI etc..Pearson,Spearman and other statistical methods were used to analyze the correlation between the CMV-DNA copy number and the clinical characteristics of cerebral palsy children. Results Cytomegalovirus infection is a risk factor for the occurrence of cerebral palsy in children;Cytomegalovirus infection with the severity of cerebral palsy children with low growth companies; The greater the degree of cytomegalovirus infection is,the worse the gross motor development of the children with cerebral palsy is,and the more difficult the rehabilitation treatment is.The higher the degree of cytomegalovirus infection, the higher the incidence of spastic extremities in children; There is no significant correlation between the type of pathological changes of the brain tissue and the number of CMV copies in the childrenConclusion Cytomegalovirus infection is a risk factor for cerebral palsy; The examination of pregnancy should be strengthened.Early detection and control of cytomegalovirus infection may help the rehabilitation of children with cerebral palsy, reduce the degree of disability and reduce the social burden. |
