The Method Of Quality Evaluation And Promotion Strategy Of Telemedicine Service

At present,the distribution of medical resources in China is seriously unbalanced,which results in a serious problem of “expensive medical bills and difficult access to quality medical services” in many developing areas.Telemedicine service,a comprehensive system based on information technology and modern medicine,provides a powerful means to solve the problems of the imbalance of medical resources in China.Therefore,how to effectively evaluate and manage telemedical service and how to improve its quality have become the important parts of the development of telemedicine.In the review of the literature,this paper summarizes the domestic and foreign scholars in related research results,application of the theory of service quality evaluation and Delphi method to establish the evaluation index system of remote medical service quality containing 6 first grade indexes and 30 second grade indexes;We evaluated the hospital service quality of the General Hospital of the People’s Liberation Army(representative)and 101 telemedical service stations through the weighting of first and secondary grade indexes by Delphi method,and found by calculation China’s telemedical service has good quality comprehensive evaluation result currently.By RC chi-square test,the multi-factor logistic regression analysis of the correlation between the amount of service quality factors and consultation,we get the telemedical services of five aspects of the main problems existing in the process.Finally,we propose various strategies and suggestions around the following aspects,1)enhancement of publicity,2)optimization of laws and regulations,3)unification of telemedicine industry standards,4)enhancement of service supervision,5)construction of telemedicine talents team.The research of the paper can provide reference for the quality evaluation of telemedical service in China,and can also help to improve the quality of telemedical service in China.
