Study On The Academic Theory And Clinical Experience Of ’Warming And Stimulating Kidney Yang Method’ Treating Chronic Glomerulonephritis Of National TCM Master—professor Zhu Liangchun

Objective:Professor ZHU Liangchun was one of the ’national master of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)’.In his more than seventy years of practice the doctor,his own distinctive academic theory and treatment experience of chronic glomerulonephritis were developed,he adopted ’Warming and Stimulating Kidney Yang Method’ to be basic method throughout the treatment process.The author is the colleague of Zhu Hong,which is Professor ZHU Liangchun’s granddaughter,so the author has the opportunity to come into contact with the professor’s works.By collecting Professor ZHU’s academic works and the medical records,to sum up the academic theory and experience in treating the chronic glomerulonephritis of Professor ZHU with the ’Warming and Stimulating Kidney Yang Method’.Methods:1.To collect Professor ZHU’s academic works.2.To collect Professor ZHU’s medical records of the chronic glomerulonephritis.3.To sum up and analyze the above material with the guidance of Professor SUN.4.From the theoretical basis,diagnosis and treatment experience,therapeutic method,medication characteristics of the ’Warming and Stimulating Kidney Yang Method’ to discuss.5.To practice Professor ZHU’s academic thought in clinical treatment with the guidance of Professor SUN.Results:Professor ZHU Liangchun hold the view that insufficiency of kidney yang is common in patient with chronic glomerulonephritis,and took this as the breakthrough point to give the idea of ’Warming and Stimulating Kidney Yang Method’.Professor ZHU was familiar with classical prescriptions.He always used Shenqi Wan,Wuling San and Zhenwu Decoction to treat patients with chronic glomerulonephritis,the curative effect was satisfactory.Besides,Professor ZHU was good at using insect medicine,which was characteristic of he’s treatment experience.Professor ZHU’s often used Centipede,crickets,mole crickets,silkworm and leech,these insect medicine both have effect of warming kidney and promoting blood circulation to remove meridian obstruction.Meanwhile,the summary of Professor ZHU’s refined couplet medicines also make the treatment of chronic glomerulonephritis up to a higher level.Conclusions:A unique system of Professor Zhu Liangchun had been developed for the treatment of chronic glomerulonephritis.Through extensive theoretical foundations,’Warming and Stimulating Kidney Yang Method’ was proposed.The summary of clinical cases of chronic glomerulonephritis and the analysis of classical Prescriptions,insect medicine,couplet medicines,which help us to take a peek at Professor Zhu’s minds.It also points out a new direction for the treatment of chronic nephritis.
