[Objective]To explore the effect of enhanced health education on the quality of life and anxiety of patients with hepatic failure in plasma replacement therapy[Methods]Methods from August 2016 to August-2017,120 patients with liver failure were treated with plasma exchange in the artificial liver Department of Nanjing second hospital, and 60 patients in the experimental group and the control group. The control group received routine oral education and oral propaganda of nurses in artificial liver room during the course of treatment, and the experimental group received not only routine health education, but also intensive health education conducted by nurses in artificial liver room.By senior experts, artificial liver treatment nurse(and above)to form the "PE health education group, head nurse and nurse training and assessment of health education jointly selected personnel, improve the content of health education and intervention measures. The path of PE health education was formulated by Kone, and the nurses in artificial liver room were given the treatment before treatment, treatment and after treatment according to the requirements of the path.To strengthen health education including:before treatment of plasmapheresis on patients' knowledge to explain, for health education;health promotion education and other related knowledge of plasma exchange in the treatment of patients;health education after treatment and during intubation related precautions for patients.Changes in the quality of life score, the anxiety level of patients in two groups were observed at baseline and after plasma exchange treatment;changes of temperature, heart rate, blood pressure, respiration, blood oxygen group and plasma exchange treatment;the number of plasma exchange in the treatment of bad blood;after the treatment, catheter blockage rate, catheter and catheter related days the infection rate of indwelling.[Results]The level of quality of life were compared between the two groups:the intervention group activity test score was 55.08 + 4.08,the control group activity score 44.72 + 3.43 points, compared with the control group, the experimental group activity score increased significantly, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001);the intervention group mental health test score was 51.50 + 4.96,control the mental health score of 30.81 + 3.40 points, compared with the control group, the test group psychological health score increased significantly, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).There was no significant difference between the two groups in physiological function, physiological function, somatic pain, physical health, social function and emotional function(P>0.05).When the group of two groups of patients with anxiety scores:control group(34.45 + 4.25),test group(35.02 + 3.23),the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05),and anxiety in artificial liver room score:the control group(54.79 + 6.39),test group(35.02 + 3.23),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The two groups were enrolled in vital signs(body temperature, oxygen concentration, heart rate, high blood pressure, low blood pressure, respiratory rate)were in normal level, into the room after artificial liver for PE before treatment, two groups of patients vital signs remained at normal levels, but the control group into the group, into the room of artificial liver the heart rate, high blood pressure, low blood pressure, respiratory rate than groups were increased, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),the control group into the group, into the room temperature after artificial liver and blood oxygen concentration change is very small, the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).For the first time in PE treatment, the incidence of adverse blood sampling in the control group was about 3 times, and the number of adverse blood sampling in the experimental group was about 2 times, but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).During the treatment,4 cases were blocked in the control group, and 2 cases were blocked in the experimental group, the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).During the treatment, the average indwelling catheter days in the control group(14.54 + 2.37)days,the average indwelling catheter days in the experimental group(19.36 + 1.44)days,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).During the treatment, there were 1 cases of catheter-related infection in the control group, and 0 cases in the experimental group, the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).[Conclusion]Enhanced health education can improve the liver failure line of plasma exchange treatment the patient's quality of life, reduce the level of anxiety in the patients, improve the patient's psychological health level, make the patient can coordinate the treatment with the best condition of body and mind, make treatment in patients with stable vital signs, reducing the occurrence of treatment in pursuance of the bad times, reduce catheter jam cases after treatment, prolong the use time of catheter,so as to ensure the continuity of treatment, improve the treatment effect, improve patient comfort, worthy of further promotion.
