Clinical Observation On The Effect Of Xiaoji Sanjie Zhitong Gao On Liver Spleen And Spleen Of Decompensated Liver

ObjectiveIn this study,we investigated the clinical efficacy and safety of Xiaoji Sanjie Zhitong Gao on liver and spleen enlargement of hepatocellular carcinoma by observing the clinical curative effect of Xiaoji Sanjie Zhitong Gao on hepatosplenomegaly in 256 patients with liver cirrhosis.MethodsIn this study,we used Xiaoji Sanjie Zhitong Gao and liver area,spleen area(1 stick/10-12 hours/day,3 days/week)with Biejiajian Wan(3g/times,3 times/day)oral and simple Biejiajian Wan(3g/time,3 times/day)oral control,each treatment for 3 months,a total of 2 courses.By observing:1,TCM symptoms:According to TCM syndrome points to observe the patient before treatment,treatment for 3 months,6 months of treatment of syndromes.2,serum fibrosis indicators:HA(hyaluronic acid),PCⅢ(Ⅲtype procollagen),Ⅳ-C(typeⅣcollagen),LN(laminin).3,liver,spleen B super.4,ALT,AST,serum bilirubin determination,ALB detection.To evaluate the clinical effect of Xiaoji Sanjie Zhitong Gao on hepatosplenomegaly in patients with liver cirrhosis.Results1.Comparison of comprehensive efficacy:The total effective rate of the treatment group and the control group was 87.30%and 68.29%respectively.There was a significant difference between the two groups after chi-square test,X~2=6.269and P=0.012<0.05,indicating that the combined effect of the treatment group was better than Control group.2.In the course of treatment,the two groups of patients with clinical syndromes have a certain degree of improvement.Comparison of the two groups after 24 weeks of treatment,the treatment group after treatment,except for liver palms spider rest syndrome were improved significantly different(P<0.05),the control group after treatment,Only in terms of belching,nausea Significant difference(P<0.05);There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05),and there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05)In the liver pain,hepatosplenomegaly,abdominal distention and improvement is particularly evident(P<0.01),a statistically significant.Description Xiaoji Sanjie Zhitong Gao to relieve liver pain,reduce hepatosplenomegaly,eliminate abdominal distension symptoms have a good clinical effect.3.There was significant difference between the two groups before and after treatment(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of ALT,AST and TBIL were significantly decreased in the two groups before and after treatment for 24 weeks There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).There was no significant difference between the two gro-ups.There was no significant difference between the two groups before and after treatment(P>0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Indicating t-hat Xiaoji Sanjie Zhitong Gao in improving liver function in clinical effect is not significant.4.Comparison of liver fibrosis index:The levels of HA(hyaluronic acid)and LN(laminin)in the control group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),and there were significant differences between the two groups Significant difference(P<0.05);There were significant differences between the two groups after treatment(P<0.05),which was statistically significant.Indicating that the elimination of Xiaoji Sanjie Zhitong Gao combined Biejiajian Wan in the prevention and treatment of liver fibrosis than the use of Biejiajian Wan have advantages,especially in the decline in HA.5.Abdominal Color Doppler Efficacy Analysis:There was no significant difference in B-hypervariance between the two groups,suggesting that the improvement of B-ultrasonography was not obvious after treatment.However,the thickness of the portal vein and the thickness of the spleen in the treatment group were significantly different before and after treatment,which was statistically significant.It is better to reduce the pressure of portal vein,especially to reduce the thickness of spleen.It is better than oral administration of Biejiajian Wan for oral administration.6.Safety observation:Patients in the treatment of external skin care without itching,swelling,pain,ulcers,blisters and so on.Explain the elimination of the use of scattered tablets pain.ConclusionsClinical observation results show that Xiaoji Sanjie Zhitong Gao on the decompensated liver and hard patients with hepatosplenomegaly have a good clinical effect,and easy to use,oxic side effects.
