| Objective: Exploring the position of pharmaceutical workers in China and the pharmaceutical service model suitable for China’s national conditions;Preparation nano milk of emodin and paeonol,and evaluation its quality,safety and anti-inflammatory analgesic effect.Methods:(1)Discussion on the orientation and mode of pharmacy services Analyzing the present situation of pharmacy services at home and abroad byliterature method,comparative method and investigation method,combined with the current social environment,population factors,market demand and competition on the impact of pharmacy services,analysis of the development opportunities of pharmacy services in China and put forward countermeasures;2 Emodin-paeonol nanoemulsion study Using rice bran oil as the oil phase,select the surfactants and cosurfactants;Determine the composition of the prescription and the preparation process;Preparation emodin-paeonol nanoemulsion,evaluate its quality and determination of active ingredient content and evaluating its efficacy by the skin irritation test,xylene-induced ear swelling test and hot-plate test.Results:(1)China’s pharmacy services are still in the early stages of development,pharmacists to participate in clinical,to guide the lack of policy support for the lack of medication.(2)Since the implementation of the new medical reform policy in 2009,clinical pharmacy services have made great progress,but there is still a gap compared with the developed countries.(3)Proposed to the Internet as a platform to carry out a comprehensive,customized,accurate pharmaceutical services based on the traditional pharmacy services model.including: ◇ Strengthen policy support,establish a practical pharmacy services system;◇ Improve the corresponding incentive mechanism to mobilize the enthusiasm of the work of pharmaceutical workers;◇ Reform personnel training system to ensure the long-term development of pharmacy services;◇ Play the advantages of Chinese medicine and protect the quality of Chinese medicine,to promote traditional Chinese medicine services;(4)Nanoemulsion formula composition: rice bran oil,Tween-80,glycerol,double distilled water.Where Km = 4: 1,S: O = 8: 1,S: about 20%.(5)Preparation of rhubarb reddish nanoemulsion for uniform and transparent liquid,after accelerated test emulsion is not layered,no flocculation.(6)The mean value of blank nanoemulsion was 10.36 ± 1.23 nm,the polydispersity coefficient(PDI)was 0.311 and the zeta potential was-4.37 m V.The average concentration of emodin nanometer milk was 10.41 ± 2.28 nm,the polydispersity coefficient(PDI)was 0.300,and the zeta potential was-3.96 m V.(7)The experimental results showed that the prepared rhubarb nanoemulsion had some analgesic and antiinflammatory effects,and it did not show irritation to normal and damaged skin.Conclusion: Establish and improve the pharmacy services related policies and regulations,to carry out comprehensive pharmacy services is the inevitable requirement of medical and health system reform,is to protect the safety of public use is an indispensable part.The emodin-paeonol nanoemulsion prepared with rice bran oil as oil phase is stable and meets the quality requirements of nanoemulsion,and the specificity of the method is strong. |
