Clinical Observation Of Pingchuanguben Ointment In The Treatment Of Asthma With Deficiency Of Lung And Kidney Syndrom

Objective:This topic through alleviate the clinical symptoms,lung qi deficiency patients with bronchial asthma and lung function,quality of life score,immune function and other indicators,evaluation and paste in treatment of bronchial asthma clinical curative effect of lung qi deficiency patients in remission.Methods: Methods a randomized control group,the lung and kidney q i deficiency of bronchial asthma patients as the research object,a tot al of 60 patients were randomly divided into control group of 30 case s and 30 cases of test group and test group were treated with traditio nal Chinese medicine and creams(From 24 g,Astragalus 30 g,Salvia 60 g,Zhi Bai 30 g,fried almond 20 g,jujube 24 g,Schisandra 20 g,earthw orm 24 g,epimedium24g,Psoralea 24 g,Fructus aurantii 18 g,fried peri lla 30 g,Trichosanthes 20 g,dioscorea 120 g,licorice 16 g,honey 10g)c ombined with licorice,honey Bbu Di Ned Fumo Tero for inhalation,t he control group alone Budesonide formoterol Fumarate Powder Inhalati on(Symbicort Turbuhaler)treatment.The clinical treatment for 90 days.To observe and compare the two groups after treatment of clinical s ymptoms,pulmonary function(FEV1),immune function(CD3,CD4/CD8),quality of life score and other indicators.Using SPSS22.0 statistica l analysis.Results:A total of 60 patients were included in this study,and there were 4cases in the treatment group,with a total of 56 cases,including the experimental group(n = 29)and the control group(n = 27).There was nostatistically significant difference between the two groups:1.Clinical efficacyThe Pingchuan ointment in the treatment of bronchial asthma in remission stage(lung qi deficiency)patients with obvious curative effect,the total efficiency of the test group was 100%,control group total effective rate was 59.26%,two effective cases compared by rank test were significantly different(P<0.05),the experimental group than the control group.The Pingchuan ointment in the treatment of bronchial asthma in remission stage(lung qi deficiency)patients,TCM syndrome curative effect,the total efficiency of the test group was 100%,control group total effective rate was 96%,the efficiency of the two groups by rank sum test have significant difference(P<0.05),the experimental group than the control group.2.The score of clinical symptoms and signsBefore treatment,no significant clinical symptoms and signs of two groups of difference(P > 0.05).The control group before and after treatment symptom scores were statistically significant,with statistical significance before and after treatment in the experimental group compared symptom score difference(P < 0.05).After treatment,the two groups had statistical significance comparing the scores of symptoms and signs the difference(P < 0.05),showed that in the experimental group than the control group.3.pulmonary functionComparison of two groups of FVC had no significant difference before treatment;after treatment,the experimental group increased compared with control group,there was significant difference between two groups(P <0.05);the experimental group were significantly increased than that before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05);the control group before and after treatment,but no significant difference(P > 0.05).FEV1 among the two groups before treatment had no significant difference(P > 0.05);before and after treatment in the experimental group and control group before and after treatment were statistically significant(P< 0.05);the experimental group after treatment compared with the controlgroup,FEV1 values increased significantly,and the difference between the two groups was not statistically significant(P > 0.05).FEV1% among the two groups before treatment had no significant difference(P > 0.05);before and after treatment in the experimental group and control group before and after treatment were statistically significant(P< 0.05);after treatment,the experimental group increased compared with control group,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.01).4.Immune function indexBefore treatment,two groups of T cell subsets CD3,CD4/CD8 had no significant difference(P > 0.05),two groups after treatment T cell subsets CD3,CD4 /CD8 difference was statistically(significant P < 0.05).After treatment,two groups of T cell subsets CD3,CD4/CD8 than before treatment increased(P<0.05).After in the treatment.Treatment group than the control group increased significantly(P <0.05).5.Quality of life assessmentBefore treatment,two groups of patients quality of life assessment questionnaire scores were statistically significant(P > 0.05).After treatment,two groups increased questionnaire score was statistically significant(P < 0.05).The experimental group after treatment scores before significantly in experimental group than the control group.6.the safety index of the two groups before and after treatment had no clinical significance.Conclusion:1.Asthma paste can effectively relieve bronchial asthma in remission stage of lung and kidney qi deficiency symptoms,and improve the quality of life of patients.2.Asthma paste can improve the pulmonary function of patients with bronchial asthma and immune function indexes.3.Asthma paste can effectively reduce the number of episodes of asthma patients,improve the patient’s
