Objective:Observe and test the effectiveness and safety of Warming Yang and Benefiting Qi Therapy in improving the quality of life of patients who with Lung-kidney-Qi Deficiency Syndrome?or Lung-kidney-Yang Deficiency Syndrome?during the stable phase of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. To explore the effective methods to improve the quality of life of patients who with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease by combining traditional Chinese and Western medicine.Methods:72 patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into a control group and a treatment group of 36 patients each.Western medicine maintenance treatment was given to the control group?Spiriva oral inhalation,qd?;In the treatment group,on the basis of the Western medicine maintenance treatment mentioned above, add Ma Xin Fu Qi Decoction?a box,po,tid?;Two groups of patients treated for 8 weeks.Record The St George's Respiratory Questionnaire?SGRQ?,Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease Assessment Test?CAT?,6-Minute Walk Distance?6MWD?,Pulmonary Function Test?FEV1%and FEV1/FVC?,TCM syndrome scores,TCM syndrome evaluation and safety indicators. And statistical software SPSS22.0 will be used for statistical analysis of those data.Results:1.This study included a total of 72 patients who met the diagnostic criteria, and 67patients who completed the study.3 cases of control group shedding?1 case because of poor compliance and 2 cases fell off automatically because of a worsening condition?,the last 33 cases in this group;2 cases of treatment group shedding?1 case because of poor compliance,1 case lost contact?,the last 34 cases in this group.2.After treatment, the SGRQ questionnaire scores, the CAT questionnaire scores and6MWD were significantly improved in the control group and treatment group;the differences were statistically significant?P<0.05?.The treatment group was superior to the control group.3.After treatment, the control group showed improvement in the total score of TCM syndrome scores and each individual score? In addition to spontaneous perspiration, afraid of the wind, tinnitus, frequent nocturia,Less hair and teeth?;there are statistically significant differences?P 0.05?.After treatment, the therapy group showed improvement in the total score of TCM syndrome scores and each individual score? In addition to Less hair and teeth?;there are statistically significant differences?P 0.05?.The treatment group was superior to the control group.4.Pulmonary function tests improved slightly after treatment in the control group and treatment group;there is no statistically significant difference?P 0.05?.The reason may be due to poor patient coordination.5.In the efficacy of TCM syndromes, the total effective rate of the control group is63.64%and the treatment group has a total efficiency of 88.23%;The difference is statistically significant?P 0.05?.In clinical overall efficacy, the total effective rate of the control group is 60.60%and the treatment group has a total efficiency of 85.30%;The difference is statistically significant?P 0.05?.The treatment group was superior to the control group.6.There were no significant abnormalities in safety indicators?WBC,RBC,Hb,ALT,AST,Cr,BUN?before and after treatment in the two groups of patients;there are statistically significant differences?P 0.05?.Conclusion:1.Application of Warming Yang and Benefiting Qi method?Ma Xin Fu Qi Decoction?in combination with Western Medicine Maintenance Therapy for patients with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease with Stable Period of Lung-kidney-Qi?or Yang?Deficiency, whose quality of life and clinical symptoms have all improved. The treatment group was superior to the control group.2.Pulmonary function tests improved slightly after treatment in the control group and treatment group;there is no statistically significant difference?P 0.05?.The reason may be due to poor patient coordination. |
