For decades, improper antibiotic abuse has led to the emergence and spread of high-level resistance and multidrug-resistance,threatening to bring about the inefficiencies of mass antibiotics. Thus, human are urgently needed to find novel compounds with potent activity to deal with the current situation. This thesis focused on the anti-tuberculosis potential of microbial natural products.Based on the abundant strain resources, one strain many compounds(OSMAC)approach could be well used to induce the production of their various secondary metabolites by creating different growth environments. In our series trials,a total of 290 strains under rare ecological environments were cultured and 1450 crude extracts were obtained, then. The secondary metabolites of a marine actinomycete Streptomyces albiflaviniger MS 160002 isolated from South China Sea and a marine fungus Aspergillus versicolor MF170001 isolated from China Bohai Sea were systematically studied.Therein, ten compounds were obtained ultimately, and four of the ten compounds showed peculiar anti-BCG activity.Furthermore, compound 1 is a new compound with molecular formula of C42H70O13,which possesses of a high performance of strong antibacterial activity. The minimum inhibitory concentration(MIC)values of compound 1 against MTB,BCG,SA,MRSA and C.albicans were 0.156 ?g/mL,0.625 ?g/mL,25 ?g/mL,25 ?g/mL and 0.625 ?g/mL,respectively.That is to say, this compound can be merited attention by later investigators in the further research.
