The Clinical Observation Of Treatment Of Later Period Lung Adenocarcinoma By Treated With Modified Zhoushi Kejinyan Combined With Targeted Drug(Gefitinib)

Objective:Through a randomized controlled clinical research,application of modified Zhoushi Kejinyan combined with targeted drug(Gefitinib)for the treatment of lung adenocarcinoma by observing the size of lung solid tumors,tumor markers,TCM syndrome scores,card scores,and quality of life.objective evaluation of Zhoushi Kejin treatment of advanced lung adenocarcinoma efficacy,for the treatment of lung cancer with Chinese medicine to provide clinical evidence.Methods:To select forty cases of stage IV lung cancer with EGFR mutation were randomly divided into two groups which inclunding treatment group and control group.The control group were only treated with targeted drug(Gefitinib),and the treatment group were treated with not only targeted drug(Gefitinib)but also Zhoushi Kejinyan.Recorded before and after treatment,lung solid tumor size,tumor markers,TCM syndrome scores,card scores,quality of life,and targeted treatment toxicity,liver and kidney function,etc.were statistically analyzed and compared with clinical treatment.Efficacy evaluation.Results:After statistical analysis,the treatment of the treatment group and the control group had a significant effect on the reduction of solid tumors and the reduction of serum tumor markers(CEA,CA125,CYFRA211)in the near future,but there was no significant difference between the two groups.For the improvement of TCM symptoms,the treatment group was significantly better than the control group in terms of dry mouth,fatigue,and anorexia.In terms of toxic side effects,the treatment group had significantly less oral mucosal damage than the control group.The difference was statistically significant.It was superior to the control group in reducing hepatic impairment,rash,and diarrhea,but it was not statistically significant.Conclusion:The addition and subtraction of Zhoushi Kejinyan in combination with gefitinib can improve the efficacy of treatment of patients with advanced lung adenocarcinoma,which can improve the clinical symptoms of TCM patients and improve the quality of life,and at the same time have a certain reduction in chemotherapy toxicity.The role of side effects.
