Objective:To evaluate the long-term clinical effect of femtosecond laser-assisted big-bubble deep anterior lamellar keratoplasty for keratoconus,and evaluate the efficacy,safety and stability of this method in the treatment of keratoconus.Methods:The retrospective analysis was used.The object of the study is 9 eyes of 10 patients that performed femtosecond laser-assisted big-bubble deep anterior lamellar keratoplasty in Nanjing General Hospital from April 2012 to August 2014,including:8 male patients(9 eyes,88.89%),1 woman patient(1 eye,11.11%),aged 17?32 years old,average of(25.1 ±4.53)years old.The UCVA,BCVA,corneal curvature,astigmatism,anterior segment OCT,ECD,IOP and axial length were measured in preoperative and postoperative.The postoperative follow-up time was 3 8?65 months,with an average of(51.50±8.618)months.Results:All the patients underwent the surgery successfully.After the operation,the corneal grafts were transparent,and the corneal grafts fitted the implant bed well.The UCVA and BCVA of the patients were significantly higher than those before the operation.At the last follow-up,the corneal thickness of the patients was(519.20±59.57)?m,and the corneal astigmatism was(3.69±1.47)D,which was significantly lower than that before operation(P<0.05).The ECD was(1953.75±337.30)/mm2,and the loss rate of corneal endothelial cells was about 37.96%.The IOP were(15.60±2.95)mmHg,there was no ease of glaucoma or high intraocular pressure.Conclusion:The femtosecond laser-assisted big-bubble deep anterior lamellar keratoplasty is effective,safe,stable and predictable in the treatment of keratoconus.
