The Study Of Solitaire AB Stenting In Patients With Acute Anterior Circulation Ischemic Stroke Treated With Super Time Window

ObjectiveThe objective is to observe and evaluate the analysis using Solitaire AB stent(mechanical thrombectomy,MT)in the time window and the surpassed time window respectively in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction patients,through the impact of neurological impairment scores and mortality,The efficacy and safety of Solitaire AB stent in the treatment of acute anterior circulation cerebral infarction with super time window.MethodsSelect from October 2016 to December 2017 Jinzhou Medical University affiliated first hospital and Shenyang Military Region General Hospital admitted to the former patients with acute cerebral infarction 32 cases,the Solitaire AB stent for the treatment,according to the actual situation is divided into Time window group(Opening ?time 6 hours)16 cases and Super time window(Opening time>6 hours)In 16 cases,after the stent-taking after the situation through mTICI grading(modified thrombolysis in Cerebralinfarctionscore)evaluation,that mTICI grade above 2b for vascular recanalization success Preoperative and discharged by the U.S.National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS)score,it was concluded that the treatment was more than 6 lower than the preoperative score,and the effectiveness of the improved Rankin scale(MRS)score was evaluated after 3 months follow-up,and the contrast was analyzed by statistical method.ResultsAll the patients were mechanically removed and the whole cerebral angiography was performed immediately after taking the suppository to evaluate the blood vessel opening.The time window group patients mTICI score of more than 2b of 14 cases,Super Time window group mTICI score of 2b above 13 cases,the time window group Vascular recanalization no significant difference(P>0.05).No symptomatic intracranial hemorrhage and death occurred in both groups,there were 1 cases of cerebral vasospasm in two groups,which were relieved by symptomatic decompression,asymptomatic intracranial hemorrhage in Super Time window group(2 cases)and 1 cases of postoperative vascular occlusion in both groups,and the incidence of postoperative complications was statistically analyzed.There was no statistically significant difference in the difference of NIHSS score between the two groups when they were hospitalized,and the short-term curative effect was similar.The time window Group D RS score below the Super Time window Group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of symptomatic intracranial hemorrhage,high perfusion encephalopathy and operation-related complications in two groups of patients.ConclusionSolitaire AB Stent embolization for the treatment of acute ischemic stroke of the anterior circulation can improve the blood vessel recanalization rate of patients,the treatment of thrombolytic time window patients may still have good prognosis,improve the long-term clinical prognosis,and do not increase the incidence of complications,safe and effective.
