| Purpose:To explore body pain by stasis soup for thoracolumbar internal fixation function and the therapeutic effect of low back pain,postoperative lumbar spine for thoracic lumbar spine fracture effective basis for the treatment of low back pain,improve thoracic lumbar spinal pedicle screw internal fixation(orif postoperative fracture curative effect.Methods:From October 2016 to October 2017,60 patients who met the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria(t11-12)had a single vertebral burst fracture and had no spinal neurological symptoms.The 60 patients were divided into experimental group and control group by random number table method,and the two groups were preoperative with the positive side X-ray,three-dimensional CT and MRI in the thoracolumbar segment.2 to 7 days after injury,4 days on average;To give the "thoracolumbar vertebra open reduction vertebral pedicle screw internal fixation + percutaneous vertebral pedicle vertebral pedicle vertebral body bone grafting and traumatic vertebral fixation."Two groups of patients were treated with routine postoperative care,and the postoperative treatment of stomach,detumescence,pain relief and rehydration was given.The drainage tube was removed 48h after surgery,and the bed activity was worn for 3 days after surgery.In the experimental group,the body was treated with stasis and blood stasis,and the Chinese medicine was used to avoid frying granules.Lamp microwave irradiation(hereinafter referred to as heat therapy),each time 20 minutes,morning and evening;Oral administration of ethyl piperazone,3 times a day;A course of 10 days.The control group was given a hyperthermia,20min each time,and once in the morning and evening.Oral administration of ethyl piperazone,3 times a day;10 days a course of treatment;Two groups of patients were discharged after 2 weeks after surgery.The two groups were observed respectively 3 days postoperatively,13 days after surgery,6 weeks after surgery and 12 weeks after surgery,respectively.The observation indexes of VAS,JOA and TCM syndromes were recorded in 4 time points.The results showed that the two groups had no therapeutic effect and the efficacy of the two groups.SPSS22.0 statistical software was used for the recording data of each time period,and P<0.05 was considered statistically significant.The results of:1.There were 56 cases in this study and 4 patients were excluded from the study.2.There was no difference in age and gender data between the two groups;VAS score,JOA score and syndrome differentiation of TCM syndromes were comparable before treatment.3.VAS score:there was statistically significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05)after 13 days after surgery and 6 weeks after surgery(P<0.05),and the test group scored lower than those in the control group.There was no statistical difference in VAS score in 12 weeks after surgery.4 JOA score:there was a statistically significant difference between the two groups of data in 13 days after surgery,6 weeks after surgery and 12 weeks after surgery(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the experimental group scored higher.5.Symptomatic integration of TCM syndrome:13 days after surgery,6 weeks after surgery,and 12 weeks after surgery,the comparison between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),and compared with the control group,the score of the experimental group was lower.Conclusion:Body pain by stasis soup thoracolumbar internal fixation with low back pain,postoperative can alleviate postoperative residual low back pain,improve the function of patients with lumbar spinal motion and improve the patients quality of life,postoperative curative effect,applying clinical popularization. |
