Clinical Effect Of Supine Lower Limb Suspension Traction On Degenerative Lumbar Spondylolisthesis With Deficiency Of Liver And Kidney

Objective:By observing the clinical effect of supine lower limb suspension traction in the treatment of degenerative lumbar spondylolisthesis with deficiency of liver and kidney,a simple,safe and effective treatment was provided for degenerative lumbar spondylolisthesis.Methods:According to diagnostic criteria,inclusive criteria and exclusion criteria,60 cases of degenerative lumbar spondylolisthesis with deficiency of liver and kidney were selected from Department of Orthopedics,Xiamen City Hospital of traditional Chinese Medicine,Fujian University of traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2017 to February 2018.According to the method of random sequence,they were divided into two groups:the control group(n=30),and the experimental group(n=30).The control group was treated with functional exercise of flexion hip flexion and knee holding and rolling method and traditional Chinese medicine modified Duhuojisheng decoction:the function exercise of flexion hip flexion and knee rolling method was that the patient lay supine,bent the knees and the hip,hold the knees with the hands,knee joint clung to the chest,and roled the body into a ball,tumbled back and forth,repeated 20～30 times for about 10 minutes,twice a day;decoction of Chinese medicine decoction,200ml 1 agents,1 agents/day,after morning and evening meal 1 times(100ml/times)day took it warmly.On the basis of the treatment of the control group,the experimental group was treated with the supine lower limb suspension traction method:supine lower limb suspension traction namely the patient lay supine on a four-dimensional spinal traction instrument,suspended lower limbs,lift the buttocks off the traction bed,hip and trunk in 90 degrees,the traction time 20～30min,twice a day.The two groups were treated for 2 weeks.Before and after treatment,the VAS scores and the CODI scores of the patients were recorded and statistically analyzed.After treatment,the two groups of patients were evaluated and statistically analyzed according to the criteria for the diagnosis of TCM Disease Syndrome.All the obtained data are analyzed and processed by SPSS 20.0 statistical software.Results:1.The two groups were statistically analyzed in sex,age,course of disease and so on.The difference was not statistically significant(all P>0.05),which was comparable.2.Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in VAS score and CODI score between the two groups(all P>0.05),which was comparable.3.At the end of treatment,in the control group,the VAS scores and CODI scores were improved compared with those before treatment,The difference was statistically significant(all P<0.05).In the experimental group,the VAS scores and CODI scores were significantly improved compared with those before treatment.The difference was statistically significant(all P<0.05).The experimental group was superior to the control group in improving pain symptoms and motor dysfunction.The difference was statistically significant(all,P<0.05).4.The total clinical effective rate of the experimental group was 93.10%,and that of the control group was 75.86%.The effect of the experimental group was better than that of the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).5.During the course of the study,no adverse events occurred in either group.Conclusion:Functional exercise of flexion hip flexion and knee holding and rolling method combined with Duhuojisheng decoction can improve the clinical symptoms of degenerative spondylolisthesis in patients with liver kidney deficiency,but the two combined supine lower limb suspension traction method better treatment effect,has good clinical application prospect.
