purpose:Through the use of different evaluation scales and objective indicators to evaluate the efficacy and safety of Acupoints-Meridians Massage Manipulation and acupuncture combined to treating the third lumbar transverse process syndrome(Qi stagnation and blood stasis type),and in this study, combination therapies for the treatment of the third lumbar transverse,The mechanism of action of the process syndrome is analyzed from the perspective of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine, and provides an economical, rapid, and effective treatment program for the clinical treatment of the third lumbar transverse process syndrome.method:The 90 patients who met the diagnostic criteria for the third lumbar transverse process syndrome were randomly divided into 3 groups: group A,group B and group C,with 30 cases in each group.Group A was treated with acupoints-meridian Dredge and pain points knead massage together with acupuncture and electroacupuncture.Group B was only treated with acupoints-meridian Dredge and pain points knead massage.Group C was treated with only acupuncture plus electroacupuncture. The three therapies were used for 2 courses of treatment,5 days for 1 course of treatment,1 treatment per day,and 1 course of rest for 2 days. Each patient completed Oswestry Disability Index, visual analog scale(VAS),third lumbar pain point tenderness and local soft tissue tension before and during treatment.Efficacy evaluations were performed. The resulting values were entered in the office excel table.SPSS19.0 statistical software was used for analysis between groups or groups.conclusion:During the treatment,90 patients had no loss, and all of them completed the experimental observation. There were 30 cases in the three groups of A,B and C.Before treatment, the gender, age and course of disease in the three groups were statistically P > 0.05,indicating that there was no significant difference between the three groups. There was no significant difference(P>0.05)between the VAS,ODI scores, pain points, tenderness and soft tissue tension before the three treatments. At the end of the treatment period,SNK test is carried out when the variance is homogeneous comparisons within the group were as follows:The difference of ODI,VAS scores and tenderness and soft tissue tension between the three groups at the end of treatment was statistically significant by paired t test(P<0.01).It shows that the three protocols can effectively reduce VAS,ODI scores and soft tissue tension, and increase pain threshold.Comparison between groups: Excluding the influence of numerical differences before treatment, using covariance test, after the three groups of treatment VAS,ODI scores and pain points and soft tissue tension between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The LSD(Least-Significant Difference)test was used between group A and group B,between group A and group C,and between group B and group C.It was found that group A improved pain points in terms of reducing VAS,ODI scores, and soft tissue tension.Thresholds were better than those in group B and group C,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).However,the difference between group B and C was not statistically significant(P>0.05),indicating that the acupressure and pain points The kneading and massage techniques combined with puncture and electro-acupuncture are more effective than single push or single puncture plus electroacupuncture in the treatment of third lumbar transverse process syndrome.Clinical efficacy: Group A was cured in 17 cases, improved in 10 cases, and was ineffective in 3 cases with a total effective rate of 90%;Group B was cured in 11 cases, improved in 7 cases, was ineffective in 6 cases, and the total effective rate was 80%;Group C was cured in 10 cases and improved. In 15 cases,5 cases were ineffective,5 cases had total efficiency, and the total effective rate was 83.33%.Kruskal-Wallis test found that group A had better improvement rate and cure rate than group B and C.The difference was statistically significant(p< 0.05);B,C group was no significant difference, the difference was not statistically significant(P> 0.05).Conclusion: acupoints-meridian Dredge and pain points knead massage together with acupuncture and electroacupuncture, single point acupoints-meridian Dredge and pain points knead massage and single acupuncture plus electroacupuncture therapy can effectively treat the third lumbar transverse process syndrome and the patient Daily activity function and local tenderness of the transverse process have significant mitigation effects. It is found that the massage combined with acupuncture therapy is better than simple massage or acupuncture by comparing the ODI,VAS score with the tenderness value of the pain point at the third lumbar transverse process and its soft tissue tension.Have better clinical efficacy.
