| Lower extremity injury seriously affects people’s normal walking and daily life,and the recovery is slow,when it is serious,it will cause lower limb movement disorders,functional deterioration and even bad conditions like amputation.At present,the diagnosis and evaluation methods for lower extremity injuries are mainly instrument examination and monitoring and the experience evaluation of clinicians’ combined scale,but these methods depend on the subjective judgment of doctors.Moreover,the instrument is expensive and harmful to a certain extent,and cannot be monitored for a long period of time,while the knee and foot of a person with lower extremity injury suffer the cumulative force of gravity when walking.The cumulative effect may slowly aggravate the injury in the affected area,which requires remote and long-term monitoring of the patient,regular observation of the patient’s injury and recovery,and avoidance of aperiodic,emergent symptoms.A low-cost,portable,non-invasive,repeatable and long-term method for repeated detection and evaluation is urgently needed.Literature research found that patients with lower extremity injuries had abnormal gait,poor stability and abnormal plantar pressure distribution.Therefore,based on the above characteristics,a plantar pressure distribution information collection system was designed in this paper.On this basis,the common abnormal characteristic parameters of patients with lower extremity injury are discussed,and the detection and evaluation of lower extremity injury patients by plantar pressure analysis equipment are realized.The main work of this paper is as follows:(1)Based on the application value of plantar pressure analysis in the field of lower extremity injury assessment,this paper developed a plantar pressure analysis equipment,introduced the hardware platform and software platform of the device.The hardware platform introduced the flexible force sensor,acquisition circuit and data transmission module,and designed the sensor performance verification experiment.The software platform mainly introduces the data acquisition module,data analysis and playback module and file management module in detail.(2)The data preprocessing method and foot print clustering analysis method of plantar pressure analysis equipment are introduced,and the related feature parameters extracted are introduced in detail,including dynamic parameter and static characteristic parameter,including gait parameters,pressure center locus characteristic parameters,dynamic and static plantar pressure distribution characteristic parameters and balance characteristic parameters.In terms of plantar pressure distribution,this paper presents a plantar partition method,the foot is divided into ten regions.In terms of balance ability and pressure center locus,the relevant parameters are extracted in this paper,so that the abnormal characteristic parameters of patients with lower extremity injury can be analyzed more accurately.(3)In addition,combining the pressure analysis equipment of Zebris company in Germany and the plantar pressure analysis equipment developed by us,the data acquisition experiment for patients with lower extremity injury is carried out.And the experimental process of data acquisition is designed.It includes dynamic measurement and static measurement.By comparing and analyzing the results of two sets of pressure analysis equipment,on the one hand,it shows that the dynamic characteristic parameters and static characteristic parameters of patients with lower extremity injury are abnormal,the application value of plantar pressure analysis technology in the detection and evaluation of lower limb injury is verified.On the other hand,the accuracy and effectiveness of the plantar pressure analysis equipment developed by us are further verified. |
