Clinical Study Of Erxian Yikun Decoction Combined With Menopausal Health Management In The Treatment Of Menopausal Syndrome Complicated With Impaired Glucose Regulation

Objective:The purpose of this study was to observe the clinical effect of Erxian Yikun Decoction combined with menopausal health management in the treatment of menopausal syndrome complicated with impaired glucose regulation inpatients with deficiency of spleen and kidney,and explore the relationship between SHBG and sex hormone level and impaired glucose regulation.Then try to explore the possible mechanism of Erxian Yikun Decotion in treating this disease and to understand the importance of menopausal health management.Methods:Sixty patients with menopausal syndrome complicated with impaired glucose regulation were randomly divided into two groups according to the random digital table method:the experimental group(30 cases)and the control group(30 cases).The experimental group was treated with Erxian Yikun Decoction combined with menopausal health management.The control group was only treated with menopausal health management.Observing the changes of serum sex hormone(E2,FSH,LH),SHBG,FPG,2hPG,FINS,HOMA-IR,Kupperman score and TCM syndrome score before and after treatment for three months.And carry out the correlation analysis.Results:1.Overall efficacy:the total effective rate was 82.14%in the experimental group and 55.56%in the control group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).2.The Kupperman score and TCM symptom score of the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.01),and there was statistical difference between the two groups after treatment(P<0.01).3.After treatment,the serum E2 level in both groups was higher than that before treatment,but there was no statistically significant before and after treatment.(P>0.05).Serum FSH and LH levels in both groups were lower than those before treatment.The experimental group:there was statistically significant in FSH and LH levels before and after treatment(P<0.05).The control group:there was no statistical difference before and after treatment(P>0.05).There was statistical difference between the two groups after treatment(P<0.05).4.After treatment,the level of SHBG in the two groups was higher than that before treatment(P<0.05),and there was statistical difference between the two groups after treatment(P<0.05).5.After treatment,the level of FPG,2hPG,FINS,HOMA-IR were decreased in the two groups(P<0.05),and there was statistical difference between the two groups after treatment(P<0.05).6.5 patients were dislodged in the treatment process because of poor compliance,the loss of visits,including 2 cases in the experimental group,3 cases in the control group.No adverse events occurred in the course of treatment.Conclusion:Menopause health management can relieve the symptoms of menopause syndrome and glucose metabolism level,combined with Erxian Yikun Decoction,the effect of treatment is better.The mechanism may be that Erxian Yikun Decoction combined with menopausal health management through multiple channels,multiple link,multiple targets to improve the function of hypothalamus-pituitary-ovarian axis and insulin resistance,so as to improve the glucose metabolism level of human body.
