Objective: To explore the gene polymorphisms distribution of ectonucleotide phosphodiesterase 1(ENPP1)gene and(IRF6)gene 3 SNPs among Uyghur and Han nationalities in Xinjiang,discussed whether they are Linkage disequilibrium.Methods:Genotype and allele frequencies of 3 SNPs were examined by polymerase chain reaction and double deoxidation termination method.LD analysis and haplotype frequencies were evaluated with SHEsis software.Result: GG type is the major genotype in rs642961 among Uyghur and Han nationalities,frequency of GG were higher and AA were lower in Han nationality(X2=13.010,p=0.006),LD analysis revealed that SNPs rs6925433 and rs7773292 were in strong linkage disequilibrium(D'=0.846,r2=0.672).In the 8haplotypes calculated from 3 SNPs,haplotype5 in Han nationality were higher than Uyghur nationality,haplotype1 in Uyghur nationality were higher than Han nationality(p=0.000223/0.000131).Conclusions: The gene polymorphisms distribution of rs642961 among Uyghur nationality in Kashgar were found be obviously different from Han nationality in Urumchi,SNPs rs6925433 and rs7773292 were in strong linkage disequilibrium.Our research has provided population genetic data of 3 SNPs in Xinjiang Uyghur and Han nationalities and basis for development of facial recognition and personal identity verification. |
