Objective:To investigate the MR imaging features of Uygur women wi th triple-negative breast cancer and its correlation with biological prognostic factors. Methods:A total of 97 patients underwent MR I examination at the Affiliated Tumor Hospital of Xinjiang Medical Universit y and confirmed b y pathology as triple-negative breast cancer from J anuary 2013 to May 2017 were divided into Uygur(28 cases)and Han(69 cases)according to ethnic groups,To study the MR imaging features of the triple-negative breast cancer in Uygur women and its correlation with biological prognostic f actors.Result: Uygur group was younger, the TNM stage was later and the mass was larger than Han group(P<0.05).The morphological features of Uygur patients mostl y showed smooth margin and rim enhancement and the rate of earl y enhancement was higher than Han group. The tumor shape(r=0.464,P<0.05)and TIC(r=0.606,P<0.05)were positivel y correlated with Ki-67.There were no significant differences in histological grade, pathologic t ype,Ki-67 index value, tumor mass and ADC value between Uygur and Han(P>0.05).Conclusion :The Uygur and the Han have differences in pathology and MR imaging features of the triple-negative breast cancer. The mass in Uygur group was bigger and the TNM stage was later. The morphological and kinetic features were tend to be edge smooth and ring enhancement. The tumor shape and TIC were positivel y correlated with Ki-67.
